This book is written as if it was a transcript from Carl Van leading one of his classes - a style which may work in an instructor-led course It, but is tedious on the page.. It could have used a lot of editing and been much more impactful. Also, most if not all of the guidance in this book is simply a rehashing of the Dale Carnegie principles, but with Claims-specific scenarios.
