The plan was to gather at Noah and Mac’s place for a holiday celebration, but when the couple’s nine-year-old Labrador Retriever goes missing, the men and women of Phoenix descend on the city of Alameda. The neighbors and local cops get involved in a search that stretches from the streets of downtown to the rocky beaches. The unit swears they will find the pooch, but when hours pass with nothing, Noah fears the worst.
This MM short Christmas romp is filled with badass alpha men searching for a beloved K-9, and heaven help anyone who gets in their way. In typical Reese Knightley style, A Phoenix Christmas is a fast paced, multi POV, action packed short story with guns, bad guys, a standoff, and a tiny little explosion. What else would you expect from An Out for Justice Holiday?
*This book includes all the characters from the Out for Justice series, so while it’s not necessary, reading the series is helpful.
Reese Knightley spends her time creating stories from the characters rattling around in her head. Her love of reading mystery, action and adventure, and fantasy books led to her love of writing. Reese works as a full time writer. She loves to hear from her readers.
Tbh, I enjoyed most of the books in this series, but there are just too many in this ensemble of people. I had a hard time remembering everyone. It was okay.

This is an adorable little novella about all our favorite Phoenix men. I love that each chapter is a different character putting it in each one’s perspective and getting rid bits of information about what’s happened since there books have ended!

loved this follow up on these wonderful characters!
It was great to read about all the guys in the series. I enjoyed all 5 books and I was happy to catch up with what was happening a year or so later.
But additionally it makes us yearn for more….Rossi, Stefano, Quick, Jagger, Jordan, Jacob, Reggie! We want their stories too. Although secondary characters they blazed across the pages of the series as well:)
Reese K did a phenomenal job on this series. Deserving 10 stars at least. The twisting story lines, non stop action, character development & connection and romance was just right. She has now become one of my go to Authors!
And I am happy and ready to start reading her next series….

This was a sweet novella as the team worked together to find the missing dog and celebrate the Christmas season together. Easy to read and understand. This was an MM story.
Celebrating the holidays with Phoenix is the best present ever! I loved catching up with everyone, seeing the love and of course experiencing a Phoenix-style Christmas, complete with mayhem and shenanigans. “Shootings, black eyes, a bloody lip...and explosions? Sounds like a normal Phoenix holiday to me...” While I’m not sure anyone from Phoenix is totally normal, I wouldn’t change a single thing about this lovable, action-packed team/family or their wild adventures.
It's nice to get all of their perspectives in one little read plus throwing a little angst in. The litter of puppies they're going to let their dogs have was a bit of a let down (they live in Southern California with tons of kill shelters, they don't need to have a litter to get pups).
This one is one that you don’t want to miss from our favorite Phoenix team. What would you expect with out at least one explosion. Miss them so much. We need more of their antics.
A great little short to catch up with the Phoenix guys. I’ve read each story of the Out For Justice series and loved each book. I’ve yet to start Reese’s Code Of Honor & the Cobalt Security series but they are near the top of my TBR list. I cannot praise OFJ or recommend Reese highly enough.
This was a fun holiday story that brings the Phoenix team together again. We get to catch up with all the main characters of the series. There is a bit of angst (searching for the lost dog) but also funny, sexy, loving moments. What a wonderful way to wrap up the series.
This was a very enjoyable story to read. Having men that are attached or who are becoming attached plus family is wonderful. Did I mention that you have excitement and a killing?
This is a sweet holiday short story mentioning the whole Phoenix team and how one missing dog means a holiday party turns into a search mission that somehow ends ups with guns drawn and a minor explosion!
I love Christmas stories. I highly recommend you read the books before this one to get to know the characters. I highly recommend to read all Reese Knightley books.
