I love this series of Cheese Bible.... The Soup Bible and now the Chicken Bible. What is nice about these books are that they are like encyclopedia/ how to's on their subject. How are the birds raises?????Cooking??? carving????? Receipes???? You will find them all here. The only down side- the books are enormous in size!!!!! :)
