This is a pretty standard cook book. I like when cook books have pictures of each recipe which this book doesn't have. The recipes are organized by meal including desserts. There's a good variety of recipes included which is nice! The recipes are for two people and some are a bit time intensive but the recipes are generally approachable.
Tons of delicious-sounding recipes for not just your standard Paleo fare, but also a lot of new ideas I haven't seen before (or at least not often). The fact that they're tailored to feed just 2 people makes it even better. Bookmarked a ton of things to try.
I read this thinking I couldn't do these recipes. I was so wrong. Recipes are delicious and nutritious. I was so tired of all other basic gluten-free recipes. This book reignited my fire to keep cooking.
