From the award winning author of Rise. Continue to follow Antoinettes journey, but don't get too comfortable. Nettie and Linc have no idea that someone has been watching their family. Waiting to make their move and to destroy a family. They have been patient for a long time, but all of that is about to change. Like Rise, Fall will take you on a wild ride and keep you on the edge of your seat the whole way through.
This is one of those books you don’t want to put down once you get into it. The sequel to Rise, this book takes up right where Rise left off. There are many twists you don’t see coming, and about the time you think you have it figured out, there’s another twist! I highly recommend this psychological thriller.
After reading Rise, I immediately had to start Fall! Fall was the perfect sequel to Rise and I enjoyed it so much.
Fall is even more fast paced than Rise, but has all of the suspense that Leslie packed into Rise. Fall tied up all the loose ends (see what I did there?) from Rise and was so enjoyable.
What I loved:
- Honestly, I think I enjoyed Fall even more than Rise! Both books were great in their own ways, but this one is amazing! - I really loved the change in Nettie from the first book to the second to see how she matured and moved on from the horrendous events from Rise. - Leslie is extremely talented and I thought her writing was even stronger in this one. She was able to write such a good plot, weave together so many different characters, and create such an enjoyable story. - You won’t be able to put his one down!
I’m honestly sad to see these books end, but I loved these books so much!
Ugh.. why did I wait so long to get to this? Shaking my head. The perfect sequel to Rise. This is even more fast paced and twisty than its predecessor. Nettie and Linc are still hesitant at all things life, maybe scared and too apologetic, but trauma is what it is. They have twins and so much love for each other that they do not realize that they are being watched. But what can happen when you put your guard down? What can happen in the blink of an eye? How well do you know your friends and neighbors? This page turner is a must read – and one that you will finish in one setting. Hold on to all things you know and be prepared for one of those – throw the book, did that really just happen, oh the lies moments!
