This is the first book I have read by Diana A. Hicks and it definitely won't be my last. Her writing is smooth, clear, and filled with innuendo and misunderstanding.
Rex is an Alpha male who takes what he wants without apology. And he has always wanted Caterina. And have her he will, on his terms and timeline.

The book starts out great. It has great flow and gets right to the point. I would say it is more BDSM with mafia elements. It had some hot scenes. The characters had a great love/ hate relationship. It also had a great surprise twist at the end!
