What do you do when you discover your fiancé has been cheating on you?
Go on a weeklong luxury vacation, of course.

Finding out that her vacation in a tropical paradise was cheap because it's under construction will not ruin Gemma's time off. Finding out she'll end up having a job while there? Even better! Especially because her new boss is the shirtless hottie she saw on her first day.
Colin and Gemma are absolutely adorable together. I loved this sweet, sexy read - it's a perfect escape for anyone who, like myself, is trying to find a way not to think about the very depressing state of the world right now.

Under Construction in Bora Bora is a quick, fun, lighthearted read.
Gemma finds out her fiancé is cheating on her and decides she needs a vacation. Once she gets there she sees why she got such a good deal- the resort is under construction. Colin is a construction worker working on the resort. These two meet and them Gemma helps him out and the rest is history.
These two have amazing chemistry and are a lot of fun. Their characters are well developed and the story is well written. Colin is hot!! I loved him.

This was a beautiful short and sweet story!
Gemma needed to get away to get her life back in order after her raggedy boyfriend did the unthinkable! Yup, you guessed it! He cheated on her! Ugh, some men I tell ya! But that wasn’t gonna stop our girl from rising above it!
She took a trip to Bora Bora to escape it all and put herself back together again. While there, she didn’t expect to find someone who would set her world on fire!
Colin was over worked plain and simple...that explains his hotter than sin body! Construction workers never have to go to the gym for all the hard labor they already put in (I may or may not have stolen that from Gemma, read it and see if I did lol). Luckily for him, he had a best friend that knew exactly what he needed and when.
When the two collide, they see stars for it is truly some great days that lead to one magical night! Will it all end there? Will Gemma go back home to sulk or did she really get her life in order times ten?
The storyline was great, the characters were awesome! I kinda hope that Gemmas sis and Colins bestie could have their own little fling. Hey, a girl can wish!
I enjoyed this book, it took me away on a much needed vacay as well! I highly recommend this book to anyone that needs to get away and get their priorities together!

This is the 2nd book in this great series and is Colin and Gemma’s story. Gemma has just found out that her fiancé has been cheating on her, and she needs a vacation to get away for a bit, and when she reaches the resort she finds out very quickly why she managed to get such a good deal, the resort is under construction. Colin is a construction worker and is Gemma’s neighbour, and when he urgently needs an interior designer, her knows where to find one. This is a well written story which is fun, light-hearted, entertaining, humorous, and is a steamy and poignant love story. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I recommend for all.

Amazing story! When life goes wrong go to Bora Bora for a vacation and maybe just maybe find your true love. When you work for a construction company and your life is your work how do you take a break-see a beautiful woman and go for it. Colin and Gemma both have so much going on in their lives but when a chance encounter at a resort getting renovations and a sick designer can’t be there, Gemma is there to save the day. I love how much fun they have and how well they get along. This is a must read if you believe in love at first sight or if you believe in finding your true love in unexpected places while getting over someone else.

Once she gets there she sees why she got such a deal on the trip as the resort is under construction.
Colin is the head of the company doing the construction. Gemma overhears that their interior designer is not able to make it so she steps in to offer her help, as ironically she is an interior designer back in the US!
These two have amazing chemistry, the story was well written. I would definitely suggest if you're looking for a quick read with a HEA!

Colin needs an interior designer and it turns out his cute neighbour is one.
The story was complete and wholesome even though it wasn’t as long as a normal novel. The characters were all very well built. I enjoyed the story a bunch. The characters grew through the story and found peace in life.

I absolutely loved this novella!
Such a swoony and satisfying read!
I was sucked right in and it was hard to put down for real life responsibilities. The storyline was exciting, the world building was done justice, the character building was done incredibly well and how the story unfolded was so well thought out; everything came together so well and really made this a worthwhile read.
Overall a fun, witty and romantic read that has just the right amounts of emotional depth and steam.

Under Construction in Bora Bora was a charming story to escape from life for a bit of time. Gemma is on vacation in Bora Bora, and even the reason for it being so cheap, all the construction, she's not letting it ruin this vacay. She sees a shirtless hottie who ends up actually becoming her boss since she found a job, so you know, things are looking up for her. Colin & Gemma were just the sweetest with heat couple, so I found myself smiling cover to cover, and who doesn't need that in their lives?! Jacie Lennon transported me into this tropical paradise for an afternoon with her descriptive genius, and I'm ever so grateful for it because my life is a tad dark at the moment since I can't kick the plague. So hit those one click buttons to escape as well because I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sweet, fun & steamy
Under Construction in Bora Bora was exactly what my heart is needing right now. This is a fun, sweet, romantic and steamy read. Gemma and Colin meet in Bora Bora and have an immediate attraction. But Gemma is recovering from a failed relationship and Colin is there for work. It isn’t meant to be more than a brief fling at a tropical resort, right?
This is a quick read book without any major drama. It’s a very emotionally mature romance which I enjoyed as Gemma and Colin are so likable and honest. It gives you the feels and turns up the steam. I really enjoyed it because I am craving more lighthearted romances right now and this fit the bill. I would definitely recommend.

Gemma and Colin cross paths when she is escaping her cheating fiancée with a vacation in Bora Bora, whilst Collin’s construction company is renovating the resort. An engaging, fast paced and entertaining story.

This was a well written refreshing read for me.
Gemma goes on holiday after finding out her fiancé was cheating on her. When she arrives she finds the resort is under construction. Colin is working as a construction worker at the resort. These two are so good together.
This has a refreshing and lighthearted storyline that I inhaled in one sitting.
