It is a good read.
Our teeth is important as it aids us to chew, tears down food easily for us to digest.
But what if in our busy schedule, we fail to care for our teeth, and it has, slowly with time, our teeth rot due to years of poor maintenance?
This book explains the tools and methods to help us what tools are available in the market, and how you can take care of your teeth.
I didn't know that carbohydrates can harm your teeth besides sugar.
