The "What's Possible" questions at the end of each chapter are invaluable to give me the courage I need to make this big step. If you are an entrepreneur or dream of becoming an entrepreneur, you need to read this book. It is important for an entrepreneur to surround themselves with people who are as determined to see the business succeed as the entrepreneur themselves. This book provides instructions and directions for doing exactly that. So check out this book for yourself.

This book is much more than helping a business owner find staff. It about the full embrace of aligning a firm's purpose, core values and community to foster team building and excellence. But let me add, that this is presented simply and actionably, so it's not overwhelming.
