This is a book I’ve read prior but just came back to it now and I will keep it to go over some stuff again. I really like how the book is a mix of preventative ageing without using surgery and then a breakdown of what you can do should you wish to go down the surgery route.

I also like how the Author has given various skincare plans which is really interesting as everyone does have a different skin type.

This contains some very useful information about skin care which I've never got from anywhere else.

The first part of the book was really helpful but as it focused more on fillers and treatments in the second half I didn't find it that useful as it seemed to become more of a sales pitch for aestheticians.
