Kitty Valentine Dates a Best Man is the sixth book in Kitty’s series and this one packed more of a punch than I was expecting. It was still light and fun in a lot of ways, but it also had some emotions which I loved. Definitely one of the best in the series so far!

Kitty spins the wheel and dates the guy once again, and this time it happens to be ‘the best man’. Luckily for her best friend’s plus one at a destination wedding for her bestie’s sister. And the best man there seems to

It’s time to spin the wheel again. It’s been a few months since Kitty had her last date and this time it is in the most romantic setting of all. A resort wedding. Her best friend Hayley is with her for this one because it is her sister’s wedding. And she may have rigged the spin for this one!

The first time Kitty meets Briggs he does not make a good first impression. However, he is ridiculously good looking and there is a definite connection there that they both feel. She soon discovers that he i

•Thank you to Jillian and Valentine PR for the eARC!•

This series is getting DRAMATIC and I LOVE it. One of my favorite romance tropes is the “destination, days long wedding” so as soon as I started this one I was excited. It’s tough for me reading Kitty date some of these guys that I don’t see great potential in right from the start and that’s what happened in this one. Briggs just didn’t do it for me. I still love seeing Kitty grow more and more after each book up! My only other thought: not NE

The series of the quirky author Kitty Valentines continues and I couldn’t be happier to read about her.

This time is with Briggs, a cocky bastard who didn’t make a first great impression but Kitty wasn’t deterred and realized that she caught him in a bad time, or so she thought...

I just can’t wait for the 21st of December to arrive, and find out if what I think is the perfect man for Kitty finally realizes his feelings for her. Matt, I’m looking at you. 😒

There is a lot of stuff going on in this installment of the Kitty V story.
Haley's sister is getting married and she and Kitty are off to spend a week at the beach for the destination wedding.
I feel like we get to see more about Haley's life and the dynamics of Haley and Kitty's friendship. There was a lot of action, drama, wisdom, and more time with Grandma. That really hit me in the heart. This might be my favorite one so far. And the ending opened up a whole new level of excitement for me and

Back again with Kitty Valentine Romance writer extraordinaire! What’s next on the romance book tropes roulette wheel.... The best man. I have to say I didn’t even know this was a trope, anywho Kellan Briggs was definitely not for Kitty I mean we all know Matt is who Kitty belongs with but even if there was nor Matt, Briggs would not he for her.

I so love this series and I will just continue to change #teammatt over here. I actually refuse to consider that she may belong with any of her dates. Ne

Kitty Valentine Dates a Best Man is the 6th book in the series. This was a another entertaining read as we follow Kitty's dating adventures. Briggs, the best man did not make a great first impression but as they spend more time together at the destination wedding, Kitty realizes he's charming, handsome and funny. However back in the real world, all isn't as it seems.
With each book the story get more depth, we get to know Kitty, seeing her grow and learn more about herself. I loved the scenes wit

Kitty gets set up with the best man. And boy, what a roller coaster ride this “date” is. I actually really fell for Kellan Briggs. He was very sweet, attentive, real and charming. I thought...Kitty has met the “one”. Some twists and sweet temptation in this installment of Kitty’s dating adventures. I even got a bit misty eyed. Not sure where Kitty is headed to next but I know I’ve been thoroughly entertained so far and can’t wait to see who’s next!

"Sometimes, I forget you're a romantic at heart."
"Sometimes, I forget you're a cynical pain in the butt."

After almost a year of dating for business, Kitty is getting tired of feeling like her personal life and career are intertwined. Looking down at the spinner, as it arrives at her next trope.... it's totally rigged!! Kitty Valentine's upcoming hero is best man, thanks to her sneaky sneak, BFF, Hayley. Off to Hayley's sisters destination wedding! ✈️

I am getting more and more curious how many guys Kitty would end up dating and finally getting the man of her life. This is getting more and more interesting. Kellen is.. a really interesting guy.. It was really nice to see a more serious side to Kitty and I love her relationship with her grandmother. Counting down to when Kitty would finally get her HEA!

Things are getting real! I feel as the series progresses there are more emotions involved. I loved how this touched on some not-so-swoony topics and I liked seeing how the characters handled it.

I’m so excited to see how this series ends. How will Kitty’s dating escapes come to an end? Who will she end up with long term? She’s been hinting at wanting to settle down. I mean, I have my hopes, but I won’t spoil anything.

I have to say it again, I’m really enjoying this series!

Spin the wheel. Date the guy.

“Though, please, do something for me.”
“You know I would do anything for you.”
“Be kind to that friend of yours. He cares about you; that much is clear. It isn’t always easy for us to admit to the people we care for just how much we care. We might resort to judgment when there isn’t any other way for us to demonstrate that caring.”

We watch him walk away, and for Hayley;s benefit, I let out a low whistle. “I swear, if he wasn’t your brother…”
“Watch your mouth, woman..”

The Kitty Valentine Series is best enjoyed read in order.
In this installment of Kitty Valentine’s dating adventures, her best friend Hailey has rigged the wheel to land on the Best Man. Kitty and Hailey are off to Hailey’s sister’s destination wedding and it is no better time to start her next book.
However, their introduction could have gone better...but, after some honest talk Kellen, aka Briggs to his friends, and Kitty spend the week getting to know one another. They find they have a lot in c

I was wondering how Kitty was going to meet a random best man. But she's going to a super luxurious wedding, duh!

I actually loved how this took us out of NYC for a bit and let us see Kitty in a whole different setting. And this resort sounds absolutely bangin. Kitty accidentally meets the best man (Briggs) and has to figure out how to date him after a horrible first impression. Luckily, Briggs is a way nicer guy than he seemed to be. He seemed pretty perfect and I liked him. Kitty is also on soc

So this was definitely my favorite Kitty book to date. Why? Our girl finally gets some action! Boom-chicka-bow-wow! This trope was fun because, at first sight and first interaction, Kitty and Briggs dislike each other immensely. So it was fun to see the feelings grow from there and to realize that Briggs had so much more going for him than that initial angry phone call by the pool. I enjoyed Kitty's interactions and budding friendship with Hayley's sister, the bride. Briggs was amazing, and he s ...more

Kitty dates a best man (thanks to Haley).. isn’t that a trope for every single girl going to a wedding?? I thought so!

Jillian takes us on an exotic trip for this book && it’s pretty exciting!! From the hotel to the activities, I wanted to be there with the wedding party for the whole week. I liked Kellan fairly quickly in this book. It might be because him and Kitty had some amazing banter going on in the beginning that made me laugh out loud, but it also might be because he’s super charming.

When you need to keep relevant with your craft and your best friend swoops in with a great idea of spinning a wheel and dating a new trope, you go with it. When she forces one so you can accompany her to a tropical island and get a vacation with your bestie AND get new material you pull on those Prada glasses and jet set yourself to pick up a best man. I mean your best friend RAVES about him, what could possibly go wrong? Enter the jackass by the pool yelling in his phone like a maniac and ruini ...more

Another cute story in the Kitty Valentine series!
This time Kitty heads off to a destination wedding where she meets the hot, charming best man!
I really loved the beginning of this book. With Hayley’s help, it was no surprise Kitty was going to date a best man next. The way they met was probably my favourite part of the whole book! They might have gotten off to a bit of a rocky start, but things really started looking good for the two of them as the week progressed. They overcame many obstacles

This is book 6 in the series and it’s time for a new trope to write. Insert the best friend, Hayley- who we all know and love. Hayley took it upon herself to rig the dating wheel so it would land on best man in hopes to set Kitty up with Kellen Briggs, the best man at her sister’s wedding. Kellen is handsome, funny, charming and seems to be the total package. But when they get home, Kitty finds herself wondering if Kellen truly is as great as he seemed while away. I loved that we got to know Hay ...more

Another chance for Happily ever after

This yet another book from a great author. She writes in a series which is a little different for one who showers you in romance. The way she builds up the relationships of her characters gives it that touch of reality. Reminders that some of us have to kiss a lot of frogs before we fins our prince. Also sometimes I feel like the Kitty Valentine gives us some insight to the world of literature and maybe a bit of herself, even though she is such a family lady

ok... I’m just going to say it now. This one so far is my favorite.

I seriously loved this one. I love Kittys best friend Hayley! Like seriously. We all need a best friend like her.

But Kitty meets a best man named Kellan Briggs. That name is just screams dreamboat already.

I loved their interaction and their chemistry.

Considering there’s more books after this, you can already imagine she’s going to date someone else but Kellan so far is the top contender of everyone.

Stephannie's 5 Star Review:
It's been a year of dating for research for her next book and Kitty is getting tired of every guy, every book takes a toll on a hopeless romantic. She doesn't want to even spin but it doesn't matter because her BFF Hayley rigged it. Looking down at the spinner, as it arrives at her next trope is best man at Hayley's sister's wedding.

The Kitty Valentine series is SO fun! In this installment, author Jillian Dodd took us out of NYC and to a fancy resort for a destination wedding and set the dating target on the best man. Although Briggs doesn't make a great first impression, it was fun to see he and Kitty bond and the sweet things he did for her. With each new book, I get a bit more invested in Kitty and seeing her get her Happily After After. I have to admit that when a certain twist was revealed, I was surprised! Looking for ...more

You know I freaking love this series. I’m so excited thinking about when the next book will come out and I literally can’t wait till it does. But honestly, I really want to see Kitty and Matt get together. Like he is obviously the best man for her (no pun intended) and I want to see how that ends. But at the same time, I srsly do not want this series to end because it’s just so fun and entertaining! With the Best Man, I’ve got to say, if Matt wasn’t in the picture, I think I would have wanted he ...more
