Another welcomed edition to this series. It seems to be a thing that at the end of every year Black Library releases a batch of Novellas and Ware's Sisters of Battle books have become annual.
This is the 3rd Novella in the "Augusta" series (Is there a name for this series? Like the "Santorus Series.")

Sisters doing it again!
Danie Ware has captured the market in sisters of battle short stories and I have enjoyed each and every one she has published so far, and this is another superb tale of honour, duty and service to the Emperor, I look forward to her full length novel which hopefully BL will ask her to write very soon

Author of the Ecko trilogy (a bitingly sarcastic CyberPunk/Fantasy mashup) and Children of Artifice (an LGBT science fantasy). Also writes Sisters of Battle for the Black Library and Judge Anderson for Rebellion, plus numerous short stories.
