Dear Daddy, Please Trust Me
I know I have a lot and I shouldn’t ask for more. But all I want is a Daddy that’s okay being a dad too.
I love my daughter, but I’m still a boy at heart. I know what I’m asking for is hard. Maybe even impossible. But I have to try.
Sebastian is happy with his life, but there’s something missing. A Daddy to call his own. When he goes on...more

Though at times I struggled to connect with the dialogue in this story, I immediately fell in love with all the characters in this book. Whether it was Dylan and Kendrick being the best wingmen ever, Sarah with her warm, welcoming presence, or Aria's youthful innocence, I was incredibly invested in their lives right from the start. It was easy for me to overlook the awkwardness of some of Sebastian a ...more
This book was so sweet, I could cry...... Sebastian and Maddox were a match made in heaven.
Sometimes it is hard to find good books from new authors that I simply adore... I am happy to say that is not the case. I love a good book with angst, but...... I also love books that are funny, warm and fluffy.
Funny, warm and fluffy won out this time and I'm happy to say Rheland has found a brand new reader. Be careful Rheland, I'm gonna have to stalk you and read anything you've ever written and anyt ...more
A little who's looking for a Daddy. Nothing unique there, right? But, omg, the little has a child. As for the Daddy, he's not looking for a little since he was hurt in the past. I love this!!!
Sebastian's a single father. I love how he is with his child, but I love even more that he needs his own daddy. Enter Maddox, who's previously been hurt and wasn't ...more
I felt the pacing could have been better though, as I struggled to stay engaged in the story and had to come back to it.
There were also some small plot issues that annoyed me (e.g. a character is on the phone, at no point does it say anywhere that the phone call ends, but then suddenly the phone is ringing again). These were quite minor and I feel these things may have not ...more

This is my favorite of the Dear Daddy books!! The boy and Daddy are just the sweetest. Sebastian, who has a little girl of his own, has a very busy day to day life and wants a Daddy to help him let it go for a little while. Maddox has been burned before and it's very hard to earn his trust. It seems like it's going to be impossible for these two men to have a relationships. This book is full of sweet Daddy/boy moments. A boy who works too hard and a Daddy who is unsure of hims ...more
Rheland is a new author for me I think I am hooked though think book had everything for me I laughed I cried I was happy and mad. everything ended happily ever after and all wrapped up in a pretty little bow which is exactly how I like it. the plot and story line were good no errors or trouble following the story like you sometimes find with a newer author. she did great and this story was exactly what I needed
Sebastian and Maddox was so fun to read. This book will warm your heart and make you believe in love again.
Maddox was so hurt by a past relationship that he almost missed out on his boy Sebastian. Sebastian just wanted and needed someone to love him. His little girl was so cute and loveable that no man stood a chance of not falling in love with her.
I thought Dear Daddy, Please Trust Me was a fantastic book.
But then again I tend to think that about every book that Rheland Richmond writes, she’s a awesome story weaver.
So yes I am definitely going to recommend Dear Daddy, Please Trust Me, actually I recommend every book that this author writes because they are all amazing!

I think this is in my top two of these Dear Daddy Please series. Great storyline. Great writing. In the beginning of the book, Rheland Richmond says that she had never written a daddy boy book. Well she did it and it's a great one. I loved it. Maybe we can beg her to write more? ...more
It needed the interference of family to force some happiness to happen. With just a few bumps, caused mostly from Maddox’s previous experiences, Sebastian & Maddox are all in, in a shock to both of them, in just a couple of weeks, despite both of them convinced this would never happen. Almost no angst and year later HEA
For as long as she can remember Rheland had her nose stuck in a book, getting lost in the world of someone else's creation (She still does). Her love for writing came from her love for reading. She could never have one without the other.
Writing was always a hobby and a cathartic experience for her. There are many stories lost to the never to be completed or pu ...more
