I liked this because of how self-reflective this was and how it gave applicable tips to implement if you need to. Definitely a good book to have on hand and flip through when you need a leadership push!
omg. This was sooo hard to get through. It was a well-intentioned Christmas gift, but the giver I don't think knew what it was actually about and only reas the title. Most of this is not applicable to my life in any way, shape or form. There was plenty that as eye opening for what my boss should or should not be doing but isn't or is, as the shoe fits. Oof. #readallthebooks #readersofinstagam #booknerd
