کتاب یه جایی بین کلاسیک و مدرنه و بیشتر متمایل به سمت کلاسیک. به نظرم در توصیف قسمت سپیده دم بی نظیر بود. خیال پردازیای کودکانه ی کریستف مسئولیتی که در کودکیش به عهده میگیره و ناراحتی ها و زخماشو خیلی خوب و قشنگ توصیف کرده بود. در کل توصیفات خیلی زیبا بودن و آدم رو مشتاق میکنن تا ادامه بده و ببینه سرگذشت کریستف به کجا میرسه.
