We got the 3rd couple in this series! This one has more of the cat.

Bells is still recovering from the car crash and is annoyed and keeping her heart closed from Barrow the man who is taking care of her, she doesn't trust him or any guy. But Barrow has been a Saint since he first spotted her making sure shes fine shes taken care of.

They do have some pull/push from Bells which did annoy me since Barrow has been upfront with her. Now we only need 1 more couple.

No ow drama slight om drama,no cheating, drama, Slight secondary charas, sexy times, virgin gal and no manwhore

"Stealing His Bride" is the story of Bells and Barrow.

Ok my bad. Kindle wouldn't let me see the series so I started with the third book by mistake.

Injured heroine who is a manager to a raging pop star, finds a protector and ultimately a lover in the kind and considerate hero.
This book has a protective hero, a sweet heroine, great friendship, well written lovemaking and a naughty lynx.

'Nadie viene por nosotros. Nadie te pone en peligro. Eres mía, Bells. Siempre. Lo prometo'.

Stealing His bride de MINK Serie The blushing brides libro 3

Mí humilde opinión:

Yo puedo cuidar de mí misma.

Siempre lo hago.

Además, también me
he ocupado de mis mejores amigas Aurora y Clover.

No words are necessary or an explanation when this authors name appears with a new book. I'm one clicking away.

I tend to stick with what I know and with authors who never let me down. I know going in it's going to be steamy, but that's not what draws me in. Its the romance, the strong sexy characters and the story that they pack into those few chapters.

I've read full length novels that don't even come close to what MINK delivers.

No cheating, no drama.

Sure the stories are so far over the top you can't help but laugh but its what they write down that makes the difference. They give me an escape from reality and for that I'm thankful.

Its a YES from me.

Was Leonard going to eat Don?

Was Leonard going to eat Don? That’s the only question I have after reading this book. Except of that, Aurora has had someone on her back again and we haven’t found out much about Bells or Barrows past. Which annoys me. This is a pure porn for women but with almost zero plot.

Spoilers ahead,2.5*

Book 3 showcases our 3rd h, the stubborn sassy one of the crew who under her fiesty mouth lies body insecurities. She takes a while to believe the H wants her but she eventually gets it. The cat that caused them to run off the road makes an appearance which lends some humor to the plot. Another stalker of her friend causes some drama but the badasses have this shit on lock and are able to take him out.

No cheating

Absolutely ridiculous in an okish way

*I thought the series was complete but I've now realized I've gotta wait for book 4.....

Gotta say that I did not like them as much as the other two, but it was still a nice, short story to read.

Stealing his bride is the 3rd installment of the Bride series. We get Bells and Barrows story. Such wonderful characters. So lovable and.... deadly 😁. I think out of all the characters even though each wonderful in their own right, Lenard has to be my favorite. It all really started because of him and it only fitting that it ends with him.

Stealing His Bride by MINK ⭐⭐

HERO - Barrow. Trained medic and former mercenary with the Red Scorpions. Over 6’ tall, muscular with golden-blond hair. Bells likens him to short-haired Thor from the movies.

HEROINE - Bells. Manager of pop star Aurora Davenport. Curvy with dark hair, wide hips, and big brown eyes. Carries a little extra weight.

OVERALL THOUGHTS - It was okay, but it failed to hold my attention. There’s very little character development, a lackluster storyline, and an underwhelming romance. We learn Bells is Aurora’s manager, something that wasn’t mentioned in the first two books. You’d think it would have come up before, especially in Aurora’s book when she essentially decided to quit Hollywood. That’s something you’d want to discuss with your manager, right?

Bells is essentially the female version of Diego. Kinda gloomy, low self-esteem, poor body image. She keeps wanting more out of Barrow without putting in the effort to deserve it. Neither character is fleshed out well enough to feel like real people.

I’m confused about the Red Scorpions. In the last book, Diego described them as basically bodyguards for bad people. Here, Barrow talks about teams and missions and whatnot, but doesn’t mention providing private security. Aurora’s stalker from books one and two was killed in the last book, so for the most part there’s no physical threat throughout this book...until you get to another random stalker in the very last chapter.

We get to see more of Leonard the lynx and honestly, his scenes were the best in the book. This ends on another HFN. There’s one more book to go, but I’m so disappointed in this one that I’m not even excited to read it. This series had such a strong start, too. I really wish the stalker mystery was carried through all four books and that the author would spend more time developing the characters.

Stealing His Bride is a powerful and passionate journey of seeing yourself through the eyes of another. This story hit me the hardest because like Bells I don't usually see my own worth. I compare myself to everyone else while forgetting that we are all unique. We just need someone who can show us sincerely that we are beautiful all by ourselves. We just need to accept love when it is given and hold on tight.

Bells is such a beautiful woman who doesn't know how wonderful she is, but her friends are dead set on ensuring that she knows it every day from now on. To help take the lead, Barrow is more then willing to take on that role. He wants nothing more then to treasure and savor this special lady for the rest of his life. The question then becomes if she will let him. Would you? After all, we need a boost most days when we just aren't sure we are enough. Having people around that remind you that you are exactly what they need every second of every day is a tremendous blessing.

Mink continues to touch my heart and encourage me with each of her phenomenal stories. She is a force to be reckoned with, and I know I breathe easier when I am immersed in each of her worlds. She brings me some sanity, hope, and inspiration, and I honestly need that especially these days. Don't pass up this incredible story! Pick it up and love each and every word like I have and find out why she has such devoted readers.

Still an okay read like the first two books in this series. Bells and Barrow story felt a little flat for me, I don't know what it is but something is missing. Even novellas hold my interest and I indulge in them from time to time, so I can definitely say if it's something that didn't captivate me.

Bells have body image issues cuz she's curvy, but Barrow made sure to let Bells know that she's perfect for him just the way she is. The pushing made by Bells kind of got exasperating along the way. Thank God Barrow has an outstanding patience to deal with her.

So far this is my least favorite here, and I hope the last installment will be worth. It.

The couple: Bells and Barrow (and maybe Leonard too)

Romance genre: insta-love

Plot: Bells is Aurora's manager (from the previous book in the series), and Barrow is a medic who lives at the house where the girls ended up after Leonard the lynx ran them off the road. The two of them have been around each other for a little bit now (in the first two books of the series), but now we see from their POV Barrow taking care of Bells after the car accident. And there's more stalker attacks on the girls/the compound, with the guys doing their thing again. Also, Bells has to decide where she wants to take her career now.

Character development: Bells isn't as open as the other heroines from this series, and it was a little tougher to connect with her. Leonard, though, stole the show with his appearance, and he was the best character in the book.

Part of a series: Yes (Blushing Brides)

Would I read more from this author/in this series: Yes

Barrow and Bells. I liked this couple story. This is the third couple of this series. I love the previous two more than this. But I still enjoyed reading this one!

“Why do you keep saying I’m beautiful?” She asks it in such a vulnerable, raw way. This is the real Bells, the one I’ve seen in glimpses. The one I want to know everything about.

I perch on the edge of our bed—I mean her bed—and look down at her. “Because you are, Bells. You are captivating.”

Her eyes water. “You don’t mean that.”
“I mean every word.”

Bella pushed Barrow away few times, but I don’t blame her, this was her personalities, it’s difficult for her to fall in love with someone so quick within weeks, but she still gave herself in.

“You saved us.” She cups my cheeks. “You saved me.”
“I told you, beautiful. We’re forever.”

She smiles, tears in her eyes. “You’re right. We are.”

My heart thumps, trips, and rights itself, then takes off at record speed. “Really?”
“Really.” She nods and kisses me again. “I’m staying right here with you. I love you, Barrow.”

I hold her so tight as I kiss her, reveling in her taste, her trust, and her love.

…..

When we’re both soaked in sweat and lying in a heap on the floor, I kiss her forehead and tell her my hopes for our future.
“Did you just say you want five kids?”

I shrug. “I’ll take as many as you’ll give me.”
She kisses me long and sultry. “Then I guess we’d best get back to it.”

Climbing on top of me, she slides down on my cock and rides me with a beautiful abandon, showing me all of her. Her curves, her heart, and her soul.

I’ll protect all of her. Forever.

Super sweet, so twist, all safe, OTT hero. Gonna read the last one!!♥️♥️♥️

Well...at this point I'm pretty sure I'm just reading these books because I feel like I'm so invested already with this series and I guess I'm just hoping that maybe they will get better.
I'm not sure if maybe I just didn't like Bells character or the way she just the way she was so wishy washy on her life decisions. In a way to me it almost seems like she only talks about leaving and taking the job in Seoul because she wants her friends to beg her to stay or kind of get the attention directed to her and have the friends tell her how much they need her.
Barrow...well he wasn't so bad, but beyond Charles (I haven't read Tiernan's book yet) these guys are very alpha and aren't even close to what I'm used to reading from MINK.
With only one book left in this series I can only hope that maybe Daphne and Tiernan's book will maybe make it worth all the time I spent with a series I didn't really like too much.

After the accident that left her and her friends stranded and then rescued by sexy mountain men, Bells is suffering with a nasty head injury. Good thing hot and possessive Barrow wants to see to her recovery first hand!

Barrow loves how strong-willed Bells is and even though her walls are a mile high he's content to start breaking them down piece by piece. But these girls are more than meets the eye and when more trouble comes for them, and Bells is put back in danger, this mild-manner medic will show just how deadly he truly is. And he'll stop at nothing to keep his Bells safe!

This one is definitely more relationship driven! Bells is injured for most of the story and Barrow is there to provide LOVING care every chance he can! If you are really into the hurt comfort trope then I think this book would be perfect for you.

This is probably my third favorite out of the four books, but I do really love how caring and affectionate Barrow is!

This series continues to be catchy and smutty.

Barrow and Bells had an exciting little story of their own. He is a handsome man who can kill as well as he can take tender care of his woman. Bells is tough, but she secretly craves a good man who can show her how much he appreciates all she can offer.

I liked the dynamics that transpired between them. He was trying to rein himself in because she was injured, while she thought that maybe he wasn't all that smitten with her. Luckily, Barrow proves how into her he is by showering her with thoughtful care, hot caresses and even jealous fits about a wild cat that is also quite at home with Bells. That was so funny!

There's also some thrilling action that I've come to expect from this author as her trademark. Very good story, and only one more to go in this series of mountain brides. Give me!

DNF 40%.

im not much of a fan of this series tbh. it's like mink has a hard time establishing unique personalities for these women. there are four of them, and they are all pretty generic and not that fun to read about.
i had to DNF this one because at 40% the heroine's whole identity could be summed up with "loyal best friend, distrustful of men, and insecure". i mean, we get more of a feel of her best friend through the heroine's thoughts than we get of the actual heroine.
ive decided to skip this series entirely, and pick up her next standalone. she seems to have overreached writing a series about four women. they'd be more appealing in standalones because then their superficial characterization wouldn't be as obvious as it is when there are several similar women in the same book.
looking forward to her future standalones!

Got more Leonard this time!

So happy to have more of the ‘big kitty baby’ this time.

So.... only 4 stars this time for me.... I just didn’t get as invested as the last two. I don’t know, maybe because neither of them were as up front as Charles or Aurora. While the female lead being the aggressor was not as common for Mink, it was still close enough to insta I still really got it. This one isn’t so much. Also I didn’t like the fact that Bells felt ‘less important’ than Aurora and even the drama actually was about Aurora. I just felt that she already had her book and her turn, I wish it was more about Bells. Leonard, however, saved the day for me in this one. Can’t wait for Tiernan and Daphne though. I’ve been anticipating that one since the first book, so I’m super excited. Also I hope there is an epilogue for all of them at the end of that one.

I enjoyed the interaction between Bells and Barrow. I loved Leonard the lynx! I laughed at its antics. The only thing that annoyed me was Aurora's constant interruptions! They were so annoying! Wasn't she supposed to be spending time with Diego? She wanted her friend to stay, and for Barrow to have Bells fall in love with him. How could he when Aurora wouldn't give them any alone time? Especially when they were having a moment? I just wanted to reach in, grab her from her arm, and tell her to leave them alone. Anyway, it was an enjoyable read. Left wondering about Bells' relationship with her parents. Can hardly wait for Daphne and Tiernan's story. I was given this ARC in return for an honest review.

I thought that this was a awesome book. I loved Bells and Barrow! Bells has had a rough life and doesn't depend on anyone and takes care of her self. Barrow is instantly drawn to Bells and is trying to take care of her but boy does she fight him every step up the way! I love the bickering between Barrow and Bells but also how Barrow stands his ground and doesn't let Bells push him away. I thought that this was a another swoon-worthy book in the series and I can't wait to see what happens next! I would recommend this book, this series, and all of Mink's other books cause they are awesome!

I received a free e-book copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

The 3rd book in the series is all about Bells, the stubborn take-care, take-charge bestie/manager of Aurora. She’s the one who was driving the car when Leonard (the lynx, who has a big part in this book) caused the accident. Made it so she took the brunt of the force to protect the other girls, because that’s how she is. She takes care of others. So she’s not used to being taken care of. And that’s all Barrow wants to do is take care of her (well, there are other things he wants to do to her, but first, take care of her lol). He has his work cut out for him, but eventually he starts breaking down those walls of hers. And they are a perfect match!

I’m loving this series and the story of Bells and Barrow did not disappoint. Bells is strong and takes care of everyone. So she’s not used to being taken care of and that is all Barrow wants to do - care for her. Bells manages Aurora’s career - but now that she is no longer needed she is tempted to take another management job, in Korea. She doesn’t believe someone like Barrow could want a relationship with her. But Barrow’s response to her possibly leaving is perfect - and so romantic. I LOVE that Leonard finally made a very grand entrance. So cute!
