Morticia DiRizzo is an artist trying to get accepted into a prestigious internship but in the mean time she needs money to get by. This is the first time I've read a book by Mrs. Jacobs and also the first book I've read in this series. I believe each and everyone of these books are standalones, so I don't think it really matter what order you read them in.

I love this book just like I love all of her books. It was so great getting to know Morticia better, getting to see different sides of her. I can’t believe this Christmas bake off is still going on and now it’s kind of like the bachelor and Christmas bake off. The one thing that always gets on my nerves is how many times the mean girl does bad things to our heroine when cooking and no one sees it, it drives me crazy. I love shenanigans and snarky misfit heroines, and I can work with man-child alphas who grow up by the end of the story. I like big books, not gonna lie. But I felt like there was a bit more book than this story really needed. All of it was entertaining and my sides still hurt from laughing so hard. This a hilarious holiday romance. I literally couldn't put this one down. I mean it's got is off the wall crazy, but it so works. I laughed from start to finish. Reading this book just out me in a good mood. I loved Morticia. I want to be friends with her and her little group. Fun will be had. I mean she has a cat she takes everywhere. < sigh > I really dislike leaving negative reviews, however, this book really bugged me. I wanted to like it. It had so many 5 stars ratings. Dating shows and Bridget Jones’ Diary knock off’s are one of my favorite tropes.

What a warm and funny holiday story. I enjoyed the fact that Moriticia is not a Christmas Fan and Jonathan seems to be one. There is a bake off with Jonahton being the prize and money. I laughed and thought the chemstry between the two was off the pages. The story flowed and it was easy to stay with it through the story. I wasn’t very excited for this one after being so disappointed with Eating Her Christmas Cookies. When Morticia was the main character, I wasn’t real sure. But I love a series and I had to finish. I really liked Morticia’s character. And I liked there was a plot that focused on their attraction to one another instead of the sex they were having.

What happens when a Goth girl who looks forward to Halloween is made to join a Christmas bake off with a twist of bachelorette. You have a great story that you will not want to put down. The characters, Morticia and Jonathan are the complete opposite, he loves Christmas, she could let it pass. The banter is fun and lively, their attraction is hot and burns up the pages.

Loved this story so much. I could not put it down or stop reading it. I laughed so much throughout it. The plot was very detailed and contained a lot of different characters. This is a third in a series but I didn’t feel like I needed to read the first two to understand what was going on. However after reading this I am looking forward to seeking out the first two and other works by the author. My favorite of Alina Jacob’s books so far!
The story was cute, filled with steamy scenes, and strangely fun. I actually would have given it 5 stars if the cousin thing wasn’t sooo strange. It didn’t take away from the story, but made the resolution less romantic.... when you read it, you will understand!!
(I also would have liked an epilogue, but Alina gives us a follow up novella to get more of the couple!)

what this is book 3??! oops ... well it is the first in this series i have read. i loved it. i love a catchy title and Christmas ... gets me there too ... love them. Christmas reads are the best. great cover. such fun characters. gets you all warm and cozy ...wish i had a fire ... i can imagine one. or get that one on Amazon... the roaring fire logs. Welll, this title caught my attention. The cover didn’t do much for me, but the story inside, man, that was different! I’ve read reality tv show stories before and they were meh, I was pleased with this one! While some of the jokes and one liners were corny, I did have some laugh out loud moments! Morticia was a great character with a very impressive personality. I really enjoyed how the story played out!

One of my all time favorite authors had done it again! I tell you - Jacobs can't do wrong. I well written romantic comedy that is funny and sweet and steamy all in one fantastic read with characters you love and some you love to hate. Morticia is a goth wearing Christmas hating character who is artistic and devoted to her friends, Jonathan is a rich billionaire, Frost brother and flirty playboy. I enjoy reading these books, they make me smile,even laugh out loud ( which earns me a funny look from the other half). I like how all the previous characters have a part in the story it’s good to see what they’re up to too. Looking forward to the next book.

A truly enjoyable read that had me entertained from the beginning. I fell in love with the characters in this story. The supporting cast of characters added drama to their story and they had an amazing chemistry which bled through the pages.

This one is about Morticia, who we met briefly in book 2, and Jonathan, the third adult Frost brother.
This was my least favorite: lots of lies and deception... and no one has questioned how this show can coincidentally have relatives as contestants?
