I love this author's imagination as she continues to take us on an adventurous ride, her characters dodging metaphoric bullets every where they go. Maya and Zach's curiosity and inquisitive nature will have your adrenaline pumping right along with their's. Buckle up and enjoy the ride - I know I did.

RH Nix's second novel doesn't disappoint! A super engaging read that takes you on an adventure with the main characters Zach and Maya. The plot's storyline is a mix of mystery with just enough romance to keep you interested and continuously rooting for the main characters! Definitely worth the read.

Great plot!
At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like this one. The beginning was kind of bogged down with what I would consider too many details but the story was good so I kept reading. I'm very glad I did because it was fantastic once I got past the detailed writing style. ...more

Palpable Optimism
Just finished The Other Side which is the second YA book written by my amazing friend R. H. Nix. There were sweet moments throughout that captured young love wrapped up in a fantastical story. The optimism was palpable throughout which made me smile and reminded me of the author. Congratulations! I’m so proud to know you. ❤️

I absolutely loved R.H Nix's 2nd novel "The Other Side "! It is a fast-paced adventure with great characters and an interesting plot. You can't help but fall for Maya and Zach and cheer them on as they make their way through the story. This book has comedy, romance, mystery, and drama which makes it hard to put down. You are rewarded with a great ending too!
