This is an Amish Romance Fiction, and this is the second book in the Surprised by Love series. I have read and review the first book in this series. I have to say this book has some very likeable and some very unlikeable characters, but I really loved the storyline. We follow Sovilla on the long and hard journey that at the end she undercovers hidden family secrets. She also finds love on her new journey. We get a few parts where we follow, Isaac who loves Sovilla from the first time him saw her. Isaac has trouble talking, and this book is all about he trying to get over his trouble. I have to say my favorite character is Mrs. Vandenberg. She is an old lady that made me laugh so hard. Mrs. Vandenberg does not show up until close to the end, but she makes the book in so many ways. I wish this character was in more of the book. This is a well written book with some very unique characters. I really loved every minute I spend reading this book. I was kindly provided an e-copy of this book by the publisher (Zebra) or author (Rachel J. Good) via NetGalley, so I can give honest review about how I feel about this book. I want to send a big Thank you to them for that.

I enjoyed this inspirational Amish story where we return to Pennsylvania and life around the local farmers' market. In this second of the series, we have Sovilla Mast's story. We met her briefly when she helped out at the Green Valley Farmers' Market for Fern as recommended by her aenti Wilma Mast who sells her pickles at the market. Wilma has to have hip replacement surgery and Sovilla is there to help her during her recovery and work at her market booth. She left behind her mamm and sisters as well as a boyfriend in Ohio so she doesn't want to be there with an unhappy and sour aenti she didn't know before her arrival. Her mamm sent her to keep her away from her tyrant onkel Lloyd. Local dog breeder Isaac Lantz was instantly attracted to Sovilla when he saw her at the market but with his stuttering problem he realizes he doesn't have a chance with her. Enter Mrs. Liesl Vandenberg, wealthy older owner of the market, servant of God and matchmaker. Mrs. V is wonderful in how she deals with Wilma, helps Sovilla with all she is going through, and even has advice for Isaac's problem. There is a mystery with why Wilma is so unhappy and it goes back to when she was a teenager. A trip back to Ohio brings resolution and a satisfying end to this story that re-enforces that God's plan is always better than ours and His grace is sufficient for us. Highly recommend this story for those who enjoy Amish fiction and stories of faith.

Sometimes the unexpected are the best surprises. Sovilla Mast and her family have hit hard times. Living under the rule of her overbearing uncle, Sovilla's mother sends Sovilla to live with her sister whom she has never heard of. She has a secret past and she is now English. Sovilla misses her mother and sisters but she knows that God has a purpose for her. Helping her aunt with her market booth among the Amish she meets Isaac Lantz. Isaac has a speech problem and is quite shy. He is a dog breeder for a assistance dogs that help adults with disabilities. I appreciated the work that goes into this type of dog breeder and it speaks against the prejudice of the Amish and puppy mills.

There are several threads going on with Sovilla's story. Her relationship with her aunt. Her aunt is not has bad as her uncle but there is a hurt that goes deep. She has never been married and does not trust many people including Sovilla. Sovilla not only has been sent to her aunt to escape her uncle but also to help her aunt when she goes into surgery. Sovilla with her kind spirit does not dwell on her aunts terrible behavior but wants to comfort her aunt so her heart will heal. With the help of elderly woman that is the tool God uses, Sovilla and Isaac overcome their fears and challenges with the spirit of love and kindness. It is a great reminder how love wins with a pure heart.

A special thank you to Kensington Books and Netgalley for the ARC and the opportunity to post an honest review.

An Unexpected Amish Courtship by Rachel J. Good has Sovilla Mast’s life changing rapidly after her Uncle Lloyd decides he can no longer afford to run two households. He sells Sovilla’s family home along with their furniture. Sovilla’s mother has a different plan for her. She sends Sovilla to stay with her sister, Wilma Mast in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania who left the community as a teen to keep her away from her uncle’s caustic tongue and her cousin’s bullying. Unbeknownst to Sovilla’s mother, Wilma has a sharp tongue of her own. Isaac Lantz, a dog breeder, finds himself drawn to Sovilla, but his speech impediment prevents him from talking to her. With a little help from some friends, Sovilla and Isaac soon find themselves spending time together where friendship blooms. Isaac finds himself falling in love with the Ohio beauty. Isaac wants to win Sovilla’s heart, but he first must overcome his stutter. Can God help out a lovelorn fellow?

An Unexpected Amish Courtship is a delightful Amish novel. It can be read as a standalone for those who have not indulged in An Unexpected Amish Proposal. The story is told from Sovilla and Isaac’s point-of-view. I like that we get both of their perspectives (men and women can look at the same issue so differently). Sovilla and Isaac are likeable as well as realistic characters. There is a small cast of secondary characters with my favorite being Mrs. Liesl Vandenberg. She is a charming, Christian woman who loves to play matchmaker as well as help others. She provides good advice to Isaac and Sovilla. I thought An Unexpected Amish Courtship was well-written with good pacing. There is a bit of a mystery in the story as well. Wilma is an unhappy woman who turns her anger and bitterness on others especially Sovilla. We get clues along the way as to what caused the problem. I like how all the storylines are resolved at the end. There are good life lessons in the story with my favorite being that God is in charge of our lives. Christianity is beautifully woven into the story. It is present without being preachy. There are two lines that I wanted to share from An Unexpected Amish Courtship. The first is, “Positive thinking works wonders.” The other is, “When you’re ready to let it go, trust it to God. He’ll forgive anything. And He’s the only one who can heal old hurts.” An Unexpected Amish Courtship we get to see how God can help us overcome our fears and life’s challenges if we let him. I am eager for the next tale in Surprised by Love series. An Unexpected Amish Courtship is a heartwarming Amish tale with a plethora of pickles, a crabby aunt, an irascible uncle, a lack of letters, a precious puppy, a tongue-tied twin, and a beauty from the buckeye state.

This was a really captivating story! It is the second book in the series, however, it can easily be enjoyed as a stand alone novel.

One of the things I liked a lot about the book was the kind and caring attitudes of the main characters, Sovilla and Isaac. Although Sovilla had to deal with a couple of family members who were hateful toward her, she was repeatedly kind. I was happy that her mamm sent her away to keep her from having to live with her awful uncle, yet Sovilla’s aunt, the Pickle Lady, was grumpy and hateful, as well. Isaac sometimes dealt with rude comments and teasing because of his stutter, yet held his temper. I felt for him as he was uncomfortable in situations where he needed to speak and answer questions.

I loved the way these two characters interacted. They both seemed to gravitate toward each other and it was sweet to see the way love began to grow between them. Of course, there was plenty of strife to overcome before things could work out. Family secrets and decades old hurt needed to be addressed. This story showed how God could use any circumstances for good.

I loved how the secrets fell here, big time. So much pain and heartache, and why? Well, come along for a journey from Ohio to Pennsylvania, from one Amish Community to another. Why, the journey? Well, some people think they are living their faith, and make some sad decisions, will they repent? You will need to keep turning pages here for answers.

I did enjoy how the author wrapped this book up, how all the facts and answers are revealed, and how those involved are made known.

I received this book through Net Galley and the Publisher Kensington, and was not required to give a positive review.

Isaac is lovely shy young man who breeds Labrador Retrievers so that they can be service dogs. Not only is Isaac quite shy, he has a stutter that embarrasses him, thus he remains quiet when among others. When Isaac meets Sovila at the Green Farmer's Market and Auction, he is even more tongue tied than ever. He is quite smitten. He has found some information that he hopes to help him with his stutter and spends many quiet hours trying to improve his speech.

Sorvila is drawn to Isaac and is not bothered one bit about his stuttering. However, his shyness makes it difficult for her to discover whether or not he is drawn to her as well. Just as the first book in this series feature the ever-wise 92-year-old Mrs. Vandenburg, she notices the possible young love and makes sure to give these young people a chance at a happy future together.

What a delightful read! I love the shy and less than perfect Isaac and his desire to improve, although when you love someone it is their heart that draws you to them. Sweet Sovila could see Isaac's heart and I loved how their story worked out.

Many thanks to Zebra and to NetGalley for this ARC to review in exchange for my honest opinion.

Let me start with my usual disclaimer when it comes to Amish themed books:
I have lots of problems with Amish and Mennonites communities (I encourage you to do some research on hiding rapes and domestic abuse, and how these communities deal [or rather not deal] with it), but in general the Amish culture is fascinating and when you sugarcoat it this book is what you get.

Ok, now let's proceed.
I really enjoyed this book, because now I know what to expect from Amish themed books and typical themes are not taking me by surprise anymore.
I liked this book less than book one of the series - An Unexpected Amish Proposal - but it's a still enjoyable read.
It's obvs full od God and praying and these kind of things but the plot is interesting and sort of more dark which I appreciate. It kinda (but not fully) shows darker side of the Amish life and people and how oppressive and abusive they can be. It obviously ends with change of heart, forgiveness yada yada yada, but it's there.
Overall it's a wholesome book (but aren't they all?), and it's a good distraction and a feel-good story.
It also has puppies, bo yeah, go for it ;-)

I received this book from the Publisher in an exchange for an honest review

An Unexpected Amish Courtship is a sweet, clean story I enjoyed reading. Poor Isaac is very self conscious because he has a stuttering problem. Of course, a lovely young lady that is new to the area begins working near him, He discovers her name is Sovilla, and she seems really sweet. When she meets Isaac, she doesn't understand why he seems reserved around her, but she likes him anyway. She enjoys getting to know him over time, but she has an aunt that tries to deter her from meeting any boys at all. Soon, she finds out why her aunt is mean and doesn't trust anybody at all. As that mystery unravels, she becomes closer to Isaac, and they together learn the secrets her aunt has held for years. Great story that is well written!

I enjoyed this book very much. Second in the Surprised by Love series it goes very well with the first book. (It can be a stand alone book too.) You will understand the character of the "Pickle Lady" more after reading the first book.
Sovilla is devastated when her Onkel Lloyd uproots her family and her mother sends her to help her Aunt Wilma to protect her from the man and her cousins. The young Amish woman is saddened by the drastic change in her life when she finds her aunt to be nearly as negative and mean as her brother Lloyd. Shocked that she dresses as a Mennonite but doesn't live the lifestyle and is negative toward God, Sovilla tries to do God's will.
Wilma is known as the "Pickle Lady" at the local market where Amish and "Englisch" sell their products. She is known to be as sour as some pickles. Sovilla accompanies her to the market where she is expected to work. Isaac, a shy man with an in-training guide dog, becomes completely enamored of her. His heart seeks the impossible.
I like how the story weaves around Isaac and Sovilla and the very sad story of Wilma's past. It really shows how one person can seem to destroy the lives of others for selfish reasons. We never truly know what has gone on in someone else's life.
Mrs. Vandenberg, a beloved character from the first book is back and adding her delightful abilities to help others in her service to the Lord.
I love it! I got my advanced reader's copy from the publisher and NetGalley and I thank them. This is my own personal opinion of the book. I can not wait for the next book in the series.

sweet read that pulled a lot of emotions from me.
Mostly flabbergasted is the word I'm looking for.
I was glad to see that Good brought back Mrs. Vanderburgh. She's my favorite character. She reminds me of Anna and Felty the two matchmakers in Beckstrand's Huckleberry Hill series!
We need a lot of Mrs. V's in this world. Maybe people wouldn't be the way they are.
Wilma wasn't exactly my favorite and I laughed at her nickname. I couldn't stop!
Lloyd definitely wasn't.
I don't understand why.people do such things! That was terrible! Left me feeling angry.
I loved everything this book had to offer. Faith, Hope, Love, Redemption and most of all forgiveness. That is the hardest thing to do.
I clapped for Issac. He was awesome!
My motto, Good things come to those who wait on the Lord. I say this because Lord has blessed me many times over and I'm forever grateful for His protection and love.
Four stars!
My thanks for a copy of the book. I was NOT required to write a positive review. All opinions are my own.

Wow! What a masterful and creative story found within the pages of An Unexpected Amish Courtship. Sovilla Mast is sent to live with her Aunt Wilma after her controlling uncle’s actions of moving her mother and sisters into his home. She was shocked to discover her aunt was not Amish nor cared about living for God. Sovilla was persistent in showing God’s love but it was difficult at times. Isaac Lantz seeing Sovilla at the farmers market made his heart yearn for her. But he knew she wouldn’t go for someone like him who stuttered and was a puppy raiser for those in need of a guide dog. There were so many unexpected events, broken hearts, characters who intervene showing God’s love and most of all family secrets cannot stay hidden forever. Mrs. Vandenberg, Sovilla and Isaac are all favorite characters along with Fern and Gideon I met in the first Surprised by Love book, An Unexpected Amish Proposal.

This book is everything I enjoy in an Amish genre with characters that became like family. The Lantz family and their love to help others even when they struggled with their own needs. Sovilla and her family my heart went out to but not to give any spoilers I appreciate how Good brought everything together before the end. A gentle spiritual theme flowed through that anyone can be used by God when they trust in Him to lead them.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author and publisher without any obligation to write a positive review. I have shared my own thoughts.

Sovilla Mast is sent to live with an aunt she didn’t know she had in another state when her mother feels the need to protect her from her uncle who is trying to marry her off to someone undesirable. Her aunt is an angry lady who is not particularly happy to have her but still tries to keep her from the local Amish community. Isaac Lantz is a farmer who raises puppies to sell and a next door neighbor to Sovilla. When Sovilla’s aunt needs to go to the hospital for surgery, Sovilla is left in charge of her farmers market stand. Sovilla decides to bake dog treats to sell in the stand. This story delves deep in the past and the mystery of what happened to Sovilla’s aunt and mother and uncle. It is a very interesting story and not run of the mill. I really enjoyed this story and this author.

I have voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from NetGalley. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.

Out of the frying pan, into the fire would best describe Sovilla’s situation after she is sent from her hateful Uncles house to help her equally bitter aunt whom she has never met before and is fixing to have surgery. Her aunt Wilma, known as the pickle lady because she sells homemade pickles at the market and because of her sour disposition, does not trust anyone and is hateful with everyone.

When Sovilla begins helping her aunt at the market, Isaac, a shy young man who raises and trains service dogs, is mesmerized by her. Because he stutters and is self conscious about it, he does not engage in conversation with her-coming off as aloof and rude.

When Sovilla discovers her boyfriend from her old community begins dating someone else, she is heartbroken and sad.

Will Isaac overcome his shyness and be the support she needs at this time? Can Sovilla continue to live with her aunt and all her bitterness? What secrets will unfold as her aunt prepares for surgery and thinks she will die? I read this book in two days because I could not put it down.

I was given a copy of this book from NetGalley and the publisher for my honest opinion and review.

This is the second book of this series. I loved the Amish shops in the stories and how things revolve on their work and socialization there.
The main character, Sovilla finds herself being sent away by her mother to an aunt she didn't even know existed. This particular aunt is a struggle to live with and quite hard on Sovilla. They are several different story lines that all tie together as the book continues.

There are family secrets, family difficulties, drama and misunderstandings. There is romance and always the love and dependence on God to get through all of it.

I enjoyed this book very much. There were characters to love and those that you were very unlovable. The book was well written, and I look forward to the third book in the series.

I received an ebook copy from the author and NetGalley. All thoughts are my own.

An Unexpected Amish Courtship is the second book in Rachel J. Good's series, Surprised by Love. I really enjoyed seeing the characters from the Green Valley Farmer’s Market and Auction in a different light. Old characters were noted, just as Sovilla was in book one.

After being sent to live with "The Pickle Lady", her aunt she never knew existed, Sovilla Mast soon discovers that there is a deep underlying hurt from her aunt's past that has altered her personaly. I loved to see Mrs. Vandenberg again and love how the sweet older lady is always willing to reach out and lend a hand to those in need, even if they don't realize they need her help.

An Unexpected Amish Courtship by Rachel J. Good is a charming Amish romance. Although this newest release is the second book in the Surprised by Love series, it can be read as a standalone.

After nineteen-year-old Sovilla Mast’s controlling uncle sells the house she lives with her Mamm and sisters, her mother sends her to live with her Aunt Wilma. Dismayed to leave her family behind, Sovilla tries to make the best of her new situation. Unfortunately, Wilma has been deeply hurt in the past and she is extremely unpleasant to everyone around her. Sovilla’s deep faith serves her well as he exercises patience and forgiveness with her crotchety aunt.

One of the few truly bright spots in her day comes when she spends time with Isaac Lantz. Wilma is very strict so Isaac and Sovila must make the most of their moments together. Sovilla also guilt over how drawn she is to Isaac since left behind a boyfriend when she moved. When she discovers why she has not heard from him, will Sovilla and Isaac have any chance for a future together?

Sovilla is a sweet young woman with a kind heart. Although Wilma is verbally abusive, Sovilla remains pleasant and understanding of her aunt’s obvious deep-seated pain. She enjoys spending time in Isaac’s calming presence. Sovilla is also welcomed by his family and she is thrilled when they invite her to their home.

Isaac has difficulty speaking and fortunately for him, Liesl Vandenberg, the owner of the Green Valley Farmer’s Market offers advice that helps him with his speech. He is a quiet man with who lacks confidence especially when he is around Sovilla. Isaac is very thoughtful and he would never to anything to hurt Sovilla.

Wilma has never gotten over a traumatic event that occurred during her teenage years. She has made her own way and she supports herself with her pickle sales at the farmer’s market. Facing an upcoming hip replacement, Wilma gets her affairs in order. Very fearful about her surgery, she tells Sovilla enough about her past that explains her deep unhappiness. What will Sovilla do with this shocking information?

An Unexpected Amish Courtship is a sweet Amish romance that is well-written and engaging. Sovilla and Isaac are wonderful characters whose deep faith guides them through life’s difficulties. Wilma is a thoroughly disagreeable woman whose emotional barriers are no match for Soviall’s kind-hearted presence. With unexpected twists and turns, Rachel J. Good brings this delightful romance to a wonderful conclusion. Old and new fans of the Surprised by Love series are sure to enjoy this latest installment.

Sovilla is 19, has a steady beau, and lives with her mom and sisters. Until the day her Onkel Lloyd returns to their lives, drops a bombshell announcement, and her entire life is uprooted. She finds herself traveling farther than she has ever traveled before and living with an aenti she has never met before, which is undesirable but still doesn't sound too bad, right?

Except this aenti, whose nickname is Pickle Lady, immediately makes known her disdain for the Amish and is so bitter she’ll probably have the pickles she sells beaten in a Sour Competition. Do not fret though, because this market is where we’re introduced to shy Isaac. Let me rephrase that, shy Isaac who works with cute puppies. Cue ovary meltdown.

The story has a moderately slow burn romance and enough unanswered questions and mysteries to keep the reader turning the pages and saying “just 1 more chapter." Many times, I wanted to reach through my screen and give Sovilla, Isaac, and Pickle Lady (!) a hug. Even though Sovilla stays true to the common Amish trope of humbleness, she isn't a pushover and although Isaac struggles with self-worth issues, his quiet strength and determination complements Sovilla's character well.

Initially, I was going to pace myself with this story, but my intention to read 5 chapters a day flew out the window as soon as I finished the first chapter. By the time I finished the book a few hours later, it was already 3am.

Besides making me stay up way past my bedtime, this story has also made me buy the first book in the Surprised by Love series and after reading the synopsis of the third book that’ll be released in October, I already know I’ll be buying it when it comes out. If this isn’t a testament to the draw factor of An Unexpected Amish Courtship, I don’t know what else is.

Thanks, Kensington Books, for a free copy of An Unexpected Amish Courtship in exchange for an honest review.

An Unexpected Amish Courtship by Rachel J. Good was a delightful, sweet book that drew me into the story from the very first pages. I was provided an advanced copy of the book by the publisher through NetGalley.com. As the book opens, we meet Sovilla and her domineering and overbearing onkel ( uncle). Sovilla’s widowed mamm ( mom) is forced by her unkind brother to sell her home, all of their possessions and move into his home. However, mamm secretly purchased a bus ticket sending Sovilla to live with her estranged sister, Wilma, to care for her as she awaits a hip operation. This is where the plot grows and we start to meet so many wonderful characters. Some of the wonderful characters are Issac, who struggles with lack of self confidence due to stuttering, but admires and then falls in love with Sovilla. Wilma, Sovilla’s cranky, bitter aunt that people in town avoid due to her unkind and nasty ways. There is the kind and generous Mrs. Vandenberg, the owner of the market and a guardian angel who helps sprinkle God’s grace and encouragement to everyone she knows. As we read Unexpected Amish Courtship, we seek clues to the reason why Wilma is so angry and the circumstances that she is unable to reconcile in her soul. When Wilma’s story is finally told, you will cheer with everyone as she finally gets the blessings due to her. God’s message of patience and love demonstrated in Sovilla reached out through the pages of the book to make me a more peaceful person. This the second of three books in a series, but this is a stand alone book. I will certainly be reading more of Rachel J. Good’s books. The stories of both Sovilla and Wilma are a journey of redemption, forgiveness and true love.

This is the second book in the author’s series, Surprised by Love. I had read the first book and enjoyed catching up with various characters from the Green Valley Farmer’s Market and Auction.

We find Sovilla Mast being sent to help her aunt, “The Pickle Lady”, as she is known for her pickles she makes and sells and also her sour attitude towards everyone. Sovilla has never met this aunt and soon learns that people’s opinions of her are very accurate, however, sees past that, that there must be issues in her life that have caused this type of personality.

There are so many complex characters in this book making it a great and exciting read that I did not want to put down until I had finished it. I particularly enjoyed the character of the elderly Mrs. Vandenberg, who is a force to be reckoned with, having the ability of knowing how to get her way. Sovilla’s mother, her uncle, who has caused much pain to many people, and Isaac Lantz, who raises puppies to be trained as guide dogs, all make up the characters in this book, some loving, some hateful.

Love, deceipt, faith, and friendship all make for enjoyable reading. I received a copy of this book from Zondervan Zebra publishers and NetGalley. The opinions expressed are my own.

This was a great story with characters you won’t soon forget. Sovilla is sent to her Aunt Wilma’s home to care for her after her hip replacement surgery. She has never met her, in fact she didn’t even know she existed. Sovilla finds her aunt cantankerous and ornery. The aunt has had a rough past and doesn’t trust men. Sovilla is not allowed to be seen with a boy. Wilma is hiding a secret from her past and is determined to keep it that way. Sovilla’s Uncle Lloyd, Wilma’s brother, is more controlling than even Wilma. He was very unlikeable and stubborn and threw ,his weight around among his family.
At the market helping her aunt, she meets Isaac. He is shy and has a stuttering problem. But he falls in love with Sovilla at first sight. Such a sweet character and he spends his time raising and training dogs to be guide dogs for those in need. There’s is a secretive friendship because of her aunt but they still try to learn more about each other.
Delightful reading with a wonderful storyline. If you enjoy Amish stories you don’t want to miss this one!

Excellent book. Well written from the author Rachel Good. Rachel allows us to visit the Valley Green Farmer's Market through the eyes of Sovilla Mast an dog breeder Isaac Lantz .

Sovilla has come to town to help her aunt Wilma who is have hip replacement surgery. While here, she is to help Wilma run her pickle booth at the market and care for her aunt after her surgery. She had no romantic interest in Isaac although Isaac was certainly impressed with her. He began to stutters even more and is teased by his twin brother.

Forced to return home after her Aunt’s surgery, Sovilla is faced with a unexpected desire to return to Lancaste, but why?

As usual, Rachel tells a great story in an unexpected way. Order your 5-star copy today.

An Unexpected Amish Courtship by Rachel J Good is book 2 in the Surprised by Love Series
This book is such a good book it’s a perfect look at how 1. God creates all of us exactly as we should be and it’s not up to us to convince others to appreciate us, they need to see us for who we are because we are perfect as we are.
2. This book shows us that even the hardest of times in our life and the lie’s that got us there can be forgiven and a bridge can be built to help strengthen your life now.
Sevilla Mast is living in a new place with a Aunt she has only just meet is very ornery and to top it off has left the faith. But Sovilla is determined to maintain her faith and kind hearted ways.
Isaac Lantz is very shy however he is so kind hearted. He loves training is puppies but he fears he will never have more.
I really enjoyed this book as I do all of Rachel J Good’s books I would highly recommend it and I look forward to the last one in the series.

Sovilla is sent to help her aunt, an aunt she never knew she had. Her mother wants her to be safe from her uncle who is domineering and kind of abusive. Sovilla's aunt is not welcoming and displeased with everything, and she is not Amish anymore. Aunt Wilma has a secret that has made her bitter like the pickles she sells in the market sour on everything. When Issac sees Sovilla for the first time he is smitten, he stutters and so he tries not to talk. Sovilla had written to her boyfriend back in Ohio explaining where she had gone but never heard from him. She is drawn to Issac who raises service dogs and comes from a large loving Amish family. They are drawn to each other and little do they realize they are courting at first. God's plan for Sovilla turns out to be in Lancaster not Sugarcreek Ohio. Sovilla prays for her difficult aunt and helps her find what she lost. Rachel J. Good made me smile a lot while reading An Unexpected Amish Courtship.
