The end of the line…

This is the final episode of a marvelous adventure. All of the loose ends are tied up, happy endings mostly. This is an exceptional series. I highly recommend it.

This is an absolute must read for cyberpunk fans. Here you will find fun (dysfunctional) characters, an engaging world & action-packed plot. The series isn't as long as I'd like it to be, but what there is I thoroughly enjoyed.

Made me laugh, made me cry, made me want Thai curry.

Great stuff!

I like this series very much. It's good entertainment. Throughout the series, the story had a good pace of character building and action, which was both intense but easy to keep up with. It's been proofread well, so it's a smooth, easy read that's easy to get absorbed into.

I just finished the book a few moments ago. Just wow. The final book had me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't put it down! I didn't expect to cry at the end of this, but to my surprise I did and couldn't help it. This has to be one of my favourite Cyberpunk stories of all time. Absolutely remarkable. Young has written a masterpiece and I wholeheartedly thank him for this reading experience.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews out of laziness, but I had to leave one for the Cyberpunk city series. Just finished Data Riot and I must say this is the first time in a while I have felt that familiar feeling of sadness when you finish a series of books you really enjoyed.

The books are fast-paced, interesting, contain great cyberpunk style imagery, and are stocked with well rounded characters I really got invested in. I binged this series in about a week and a half, and I admittedly don’t have a great attention span with books unless I’m really into them.

Kudos to DL Young for a great series of books. You’ve gained a fan!

A fitting climax for the CyberpunK City saga and sadly probably the last book. I have to state that I grew very frustrated with the constant neverending bias that Maddox showed against the Nameless AI and the Nettes. Sadly, that costs him dearly in this book and he learns his lesson the hard way. We finally have a showdown between two powerful AI and our antihero is forced to confront some of his misapprehensions. Still, all's well that end's well--or is it?

Awsome

I have read every Shadow Run novel published. I must say that these surpass those. There is a more depth to the characters. Interesting thete is more visual impact for the cyber world in the machine.
Tha AI personalities were great.

This is the conclusion of the Cyberpunk City series. I'm glad I started reading it and will miss the atmosphere and Maddox himself now when it's done. I highly recommend it.

I will definately check out what else the author has written!

I enjoyed the series. We got a conclusion and answers, and arguably a pretty sad ending for the setting. Everyone is saved, but at what cost.

I definitely would enjoy some sort of spin off to the series if that was ever made.
