The second book in the Dark Things series is even better than the first book!
The plot of the first book was outstanding, but this book surpasses that! There are so many little details that all add up in a big way at the end of this book. I am so impressed with the complexity of these details and how incredibly the author has woven them into this story. I am just so blown away. I can't even imagine how even more intense the third book will be!

The tone of this series has definitely darkened in this new season, and in a really interesting way. We're introduced to new enemies, and new revelations are revealed off the back of the ritual that changed everything. The dynamic change within the pack is exciting to read, especially more that Kai and Rhys are officially together now.

I don't have enough words to recommend this series. It has everything a paranormal junkie could ask for, plus some. Even if you aren't normally into paranormal (I wasn't before this series), you will become a convert. I highly recommend this author and can't believe she isn't more known!
