I teach two- and three-year-olds at church on Sundays. They enjoy singing, and I bring in several "singing books" by Raffi. This one is new to me. I like the emphasis on how people have a lot in common despite their differences. This is an important message for promoting peace. I sometimes play the audio from YouTube for the children as we look at the pages of the book.

This is a kids story that also has a good message behind it. It shows two families that, even though they have differences, they are very much alike. It teaches kids that just because you look different than someone else, you can still have things in common.
