Book two of Chasing Mathesons: A romantic comedy series about what happens when Fate gets creative.

The decade that passed since I was Mr. M’s most beloved student proved to treat me stupendously well. I was the co-Publisher of my father’s book publishing company, had an inheritance most would drool over, and I rode to work in a limo like a baller. I was truly living the dream life.

Too bad I hated every stupid, miserable bit of it.

And then, this anonymous manuscript submission pops up. And, okay, there were some eerie similarities between me and the main character, but I didn’t think too much of it. When the main character ends up accidentally hiring his first love, I thought it was interesting but you know, whatever. Then my company’s new hire, hotshot publicist Janie Matheson, shows up and I, well, got a little freaked out.

Then the stupid things kept coming! And every incident they described came true, further linking Janie and me together.

And it just gets crazier from there, my friends.

Generally, people think of me as an artist. "This is Jen, she's an artist." My mother says I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil, and I'm always prone to creating things, whether they ever leave my head or not is another story.

When high school hit, I suddenly began to get stories in my head. And I went NUTS for them. I spent the next ten years bent over my keyboard, getting these story ideas down before I forgot them, working and reworking them until I was practically cross-eyed, and inevitably becoming obsessed with the characters involved.

Another ten years later, and I've been editing, illustrating, and growing these stories long enough. It was time to get them out into the published world, even if I had to go the self-publishing route (I've always wanted more control over the sitch anyway). So here I am, trying to do just that.

Oh, and I live in Las Vegas where I've professionally dabbled in graphic design and marketing, and am currently attempting a freelancing career in art and design. I have no pets, but the boyfriend and I have a "hypothetical dog" named Reggie who we hope to make a real dog one day.

Okay, this one was a little cuter. I guess its because I have a soft spot for single dads with little girls. Yeah, that's probably it. I did like Danny in the first book. He's probably the only character I like. I did wish we could have seen Molly a little more.

Spunky and lovable!

Such a sweet and funny story. I adore Molly, and it was so great seeing Maggie again! I’m very excited for the next installment. Hope Speaking of You is out soon!
