This cookbook has some great recipes, not run-of-the-mill stuff, just inventive and tasty. Wonderful salads, soups, and main dishes. I especially like the morning muffin recipe. The book's title comes from the restaurant name in Toronto owned with Zal Yanovsky who was the lead guitarist for the Lovin' Spoonful, a rock/folk rock group from the 1960s-70s. This book is definitely worth a read.
