Review: First of all I appreciate the author for plotting such a great and inspiring story. The story is based on the real life scenario. If I watch this story in any Bollywood or any other films I will not surprise. The story is about a boy named Rahmat Ali. He born in a family of terrorist. He has the obvious life path to follow his father’s footsteps. But surprisingly he totally expelled the fact “jaisa baap waisa beta”. He chosen the path to prove his patriotism towards his nation. The destiny wanted something else when one of the scariest nights became an unfortunate part of his life. One spark emerged and the new dawn of an era!
His life was about to change completely, with his first step towards MANKIND!
How? To know that give a complete read to this book.The book can be categorized in the genres of patriotism, thriller, struggles, inspiration. The language is easy and lucid.

A thriller where the writer has sprinkled the elements of patriotism. Rahmat is the protagonist who is forced by his father into terrorism. From childhood he is deeply disturbed and there is often bloodshed in his path. Grab the book to know whether he will sustain in the anti-nationalist acts or will he redeem himself !
There is betrayal but the struggles of the protagonist is portrayed with transparency. Characters does not give a deep impact but the storyline and the situation itself invokes patriotism. There is genuineness in the story-telling which cannot be denied. The author raises questions against the dirty politics. An interesting read for patriotic people out there.

Rise of a solider is a heartbreaking story of Rahmat Ali, am innocent boy oblivious of his father's profession. Soon the family profession descends upon him and that's the part he struggles the most with.

REVIEW :- A RISE OF A SOLDIER : INSPIRED BY TRUE EVENTS

Story of this book revolves around the protagonist named "Rehmat ali" who is an pok resident and a terrorist as well. From his childhood he involved into the terrorist activities just because his own father forced him to do those things.
All because of that he disturbed since his childhood but although he wants to be successor of his father terror community.
But afterwards he raalised that this was not the right path and it was not his destiny, he didn't belong there. So he decided to go on the right path and started serving her duties towards his own nation.
He joined the army and started serving his services to his country but....
Is it really possible for an terrorist to change his destiny and path that easily? What his father does afterwards does he accept his decision or something big happened in their life? For knowing the answers of all these questions you guys have to dive into this book by yourself.
Narration of the book is awesome the way how author portrayed everything is just astonishing. Also the way how author penned down the plot of the story i liked that soo much.
Language used by the author is simple also so even a beginner can easily be able to gasp everything what author wants to convey through his story. Writing style is bit crispy but it all compensated with the strong storyline.
Book cover is beautiful and the title is totally apt. to the story. The way how author formed the characteristics of protagonist is magnificent.
Overall i loved reading this book and surely recommend it to everyone.

The story unravels the marvelous journey of a young boy from unimaginable national terror outfits background to become a patriotic national security army soldier . The story is of a boy who is a resident of Pakistan occupied Kashmir and is dragged directly into terror activities and anti national activities since his childhood .b Unknowingly he was involved in deadliest inhuman sinful acts . These acts were celebrated in his hometown but in actual they were that reason of the tears behind thousands of people . Such acts by these anti nationals have always been the reason being dark nights of Indian democracy . Until a fateful day, when something happened out of blue , and he realised his wrongful path , and the wrong deeds he committed . That's when he decides to change his path and his destiny . But what is that , that changed him ? Would he be able to work against his father?? Would he able to change his acts , and be a rightful person ??

This is type of thriller that powerfully portrayed terrorism, black dirty games etc.

"The sun never loses its sunshine even after the sunset" - The Rise of a Soldier by Vishal Patel.
The Rise of a Soldier is a very inspiring read. Plot is set in the POK region and revolves around terrorism and how the families of Terrorists are affected after being dragged forcefully in the same hell hole.
The storyline is meant to be very realistic and filled with various moments of peace along with suspense which is woven together beautifully. Rahmat , son of a well known terrorist is forced into terrorism to lead the Operation Azaadi and how his life takes turn after a very dramatic encounter with a sage is for you to read.
Characters are also very well built and story is perfectly kept around them. The titles arises the sense of patriotism before reading the book itself which is lost somewhere in the book but it does not fail to inspire and motivate for any person to lead a life of his choice and change situations for himself.
The writing is very different, mostly written in passive voice which is a bit weird to read and there were a lot of grammatical mistakes throughout the book which were a turn off after a certain time. Apart from that you can certainly go for it.
Overall I will recommend this book as the plot is very unique and such stories need to come forward.

While reading this book one can feel the patriotism throughout the story and as it's based on true events so the impeccable representation of this story feels like you're watching a movie .
The way he has illustrated surgical strike then Rahmat surrendered himself after realisation and became savior of the country, proved his patriotism has really impressed me .

The whole story is written from a third person's point of view which makes it a little difficult to connect with the characters on an emotional level. The journey of Rahmat Ali is truly inspiring. His story will unsettle you, evoke true terror as each each chapter ends and you will feel and live the bravery of Commander in chief Rahmat Ali till the end!
We as youth need stories like these that stay with us and inspire us to be Brave and courageous.
The plot was really well written and it was horribly honest even gruesome at some point but that's reality of terrorism.
The only drawback i felt was that its written in Third person narrative and i always feel a bit disconnected because of it (but that's my personal preference).
Other than that i recommend this book.

It was a decent read for me..
The concept was really nice and portrayed very well.. the book was engaging but felt a bit slow..
The writing style is simple and lucid..

This book certainly proves that it is not impossible to step back from the life you were born into and be a better person.
This story is written based on true events and the protagonist is such an inspiration.
I love everything about it, the story, the history imbibed it, the thrill and rush while reading it because guess what, it is a true story.
I cannot begin to imagine the life of the protagonist. The things that he had to go through and just how he manages to pull through. He was a strong one because he managed to step back from the evil and the offensive way of life and be a patriot serving the country and doing right by its name.
This book is well written, with all technique in place and the language on point. It is quite interesting to read about someone's life especially one from your own country.

The protagonist is forced into the act of terrorism by none other than his father. What happened finally? What he think? Is he agree with his father or not? For knowing more you should read this book, definitely it will be the great read.

This book based on true events which talks about terrorism, patriotism and struggles. Rahmat, protagonist of this story from terrorist family. Destiny played his life to follow his father's footsteps. When whole city celebrated this thing but he realised the wrongful thing. Then he decided to change his life. Can he move out of this lifestyle? Can he work against his father? Which incident changed him? Some addon thrilling elements makes the book interesting. Its bit confusing and connecting to characters because narration is given by third party but language of this book is understandable.
