I bought this textbook just a few months ago for my business communication class, and I have found it to be useful. I currently have the online copy only of the book, and I have been happy with it as I don’t have to carry a heavy physical copy of the book everywhere that I need to go. Also, something else that I found useful with the online copy is that there are tools to help you study the chapters. These tools do things like ask you questions about the chapters and help you refer to where the important parts of the chapter are. These tools were the best part of the textbook for me, as it helped me study more effectively.

I bought this textbook this fall for my business communications class. I have found this to be one of the best textbooks I have. I only have the online copy of the book because It’s more accessible and not heavy to carry. I find it especially helpful because it makes retaining information easier. It highlights the text I need to know and even makes it easy to refer back to the text when answering questions. The book has easy to understand language and explains things well. This book has been a very effective tool for me in my business communications class.
