As if having an unbreakable bond with Jax isn't hard enough, Chloe’s now forced to work with him on a major school project, and the more time they spend together, the stronger the bond becomes. Fighting it will most certainly drive her mad. But if she ever wants to have a future with Trent, she has no choice but to resist. Unfortunately, any hope she has of ever becoming a ...more

GOD, I LOVE THESE BOOKS.

I'm glad I didn't read the first chapter of this when I was finishing book three because I was completely and utterly WRECKED by Chloe's choice.

The cover gives it away and so does the mentioned first chapter so this isn't really a spoiler - MY TEAM JAX SHIP IS GOING DOWN IN FLAMES, YES, I AM STILL CRYING.

And some small part of me was actually convinced she'd choose him over Trent, oh how wrong I was.

So, Chloe chooses and Trent is ready to move their relationship to th

This fourth book in The Cursed Series was a bit slower than the previous ones, and I found myself on and off getting quite annoyed with Chloe for her irrational decisions that just made things unnecessarily complicated. But even so, it was nevertheless another cute and addictive read following Chloe in her struggles to navigate in a world of vampires, witches, lineage curses and epic love.

In this fourth book, Chloe finally made her choice which brother to be with, (view spoiler)

I'm between laughing or crying with joy, angry or disappointed with those things I want to change but can't. I'm having so many feelings and emotions while reading this series that it's hard to put into words . But I love it, I really love this series. Chloe is torn between Jax and Trent only because the bond that happened when she let Jax drink from her. Being Trent's soulmate means she is his , he is hers and they love each other so much. But making a deal to break that bond means the world to ...more

Okay storyline but...

So, I didn't have an issue with how the story is progressing but the interaction between Trent and Chloe I found to be overly annoying in this book. Half the book, perhaps more, is them kissing, sending cutesy text messages, Trent constantly seeking reassurances on her choices or them fighting and then apologising. If not for the side characters I probably wouldn't have pushed through to the end.

Chloe seems no closer to getting what she wants always meeting a kink in the road. Chloe and Trent need to learn to have conversions instead of Chloe going behind his back. With a surprise visitor all seems good, except for reason of showing up a 100 years later.

I voluntarily read and reviewed this ARC.

It seems just as Chloe catches a break, more information comes up that throws a link in the works. She and Trent seem to work through their issues though, often leaving more questions than answers. The twist of the arrival of a family member catches everyone off guard. Looking forward to how that all came about. This is an amazing series.

Misunderstandings, miscommunication and more. The story is full of relationship drama and a bit of suspense but moved a bit slow. There were some super cute and sweet swoon-worthy moments. All in all Isach still remains my favorite though!

Great But...

I love this series, and can't wait to read the next book.
Its a great story that I feel mirrors Twilight and Vampire Diaries a tad too much.
The books are great but all the "she whimpered" and all the crying she does is just too much.
I understand this is fiction, but I like realism too mixed in. The heated kissing and touching in school hallways in front of lockers would not be allowed. That might sound picky but I want a vampire book to seem real. Other than the things above, everyon

Chloe is not having an easy time. Not only is the bond with Jax still there, but bow they have to work together at school. She's not sure what to do. To bond with Trent means joining him with her mortal life. WHAT!? Why can't love be simple? Why's it so complicated? ...more

I have been team Jax throughout the entire series so far. It was this book that the author finally convinced me that Chloe and Trent work together. I'm also looking forward to Chloe and Isaac finally having the "so, we're cousins" discussion. ...more

Born and raised in the small town of Mexico, New York, Kara Leigh Miller was an only child who was forced to find ways to entertain herself. Playing make believe with her Barbie dolls and stuffed animals was her first real taste of storytelling before she became old enough to develop a love affair with the written word.

She began her venture into the publishing world as a wet behind the years autho
