Memorable Quotes: “Try eliminating the victim mentality and develop a champions spirit.”

“The day does not end with your morning routine. The entire purpose of a morning routine, in fact, is to prepare you for a productive day.”
“You remain a work in progress your entire life.”
“You need to be persistent and consistent.”

“There are two things that determine the quality of your sleep: how much sleep and how consistent your sleeping schedule is.”
well, it is a well-written book overall, but the point is, also the title specifically mentions the morning routine, it is organized as an overall 'habits' book. Initial sections are mostly about morning routine but as you advance in the book it translates to a habits book. So is the quality of the text, the first chapter is good, and the second chapter is better, but the quality degrades in the third and further more in the fourth chapter. I'd rate it 4.5 starts if I could, but since I think it is better than it's current rating, I though 5 starts would be a fare rating for me.
Slow at first, but very informative! I made a list of the things covered in the book on my phone notes. Hopefully it’ll help inspire me to create a more proactive morning routine! But after reading it I’m definitely inspired to start. 10/10 recommend - especially to anybody who may feel overwhelmed, or who’s lacking motivation.
This was rather quick and practical. I’m just a read until I fall asleep reader and some nights it happens fast. Hence why it took me a couple weeks to get through it. There were some practical tips to building a morning routine using techniques such as habit-stacking to add new ones. It was also very realistic in the sense it doesn’t tell you to go ham and add 50 things to a routine overnight. Baby steps.
In a concise way, the author unveils secrets of good life. It's written with a simple straightforward way. No pompous things here. The writer is serious and it is obvious that he cares. I recommend this book.
