Aspen and Gabriel have been best friends for a while. Something happens and Aspen decides to move back to California. Back to her parents and away from her Gabe. In his effort to keep around her for a while more, he invites her to his hometown, Silver Bell Falls.

This was such a cute read! This small town reminded me of Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls. I loved their friendship and how easy and effortless their relationship seemed with each other. The transition to something more was a bit sudden

The Christmas Plan is the sixth and final book in the Silver Bell Falls series. It can definitely be read as a stand alone. The town is a "Christmas" town and one that I am, intrigued enough to want to go back and read the earlier books. This is a friends to lovers story and ended up being an OK read for me. The main reason is that I just had a hard time getting behind Gabe and Aspen as a couple. They worked great as friends, but their romantic relationship felt a bit forced. There was just no h

Best friends Aspen and Gabe’s story was amazing, emotional, magical and unexpected for both of them. I absolutely loved reading The Christmas Plan by Samantha Chase book six in her Silver Bell Falls series and struggled to put it down.

Aspen Harris has always dreamt of owning her own chocolate shop, but finding herself unemployed just before the holidays puts that dream off a bit longer. Now she has no choice except to move across the country, back home to San Diego and live with her parents. Eve

I love my holiday reads I'm always looking forward to. Aspen and Gabe have been bestfriends for a while. When Aspen has job trouble and plans on moving away Gabe invited her back to his home town for a reprive before anything. Silver Bells is very Hallmark esque Christmas feels all the way. But Gabe has jaded feelings about that while Aspen loves the holiday season and all those things that make a place magical.

When they get there Aspen really finds herslef really drawn to feel of the town. I

Will the magic of Silver Bell Falls capture the hearts of Gabe and Aspen while vising Gabe's family at Christmas. Gabe and Aspen have been friends since college and didn't want to ruin their friendship but they only have this short time left before Aspen moves across country, so what can hurt to have a small fling.

This story will have you shed a few happy and sad tears, so much emotion throughout. Loved the banter between them. I have always loved this small town, full of tradition and friendlin

5 star review of The Christmas Plan (Silver Bell Falls #6) by Samantha Chase

I love stories based around Christmas, it’s my most favourite holiday of the year. I also love stories based in small towns so The Christmas Plan was a win/win for me.

I have read several books by Samantha Chase and I found this one to be as well written and enjoyable as her previous books. This is videographer Gabriel Andrews and chocolatier Aspen Harris’s friends to lovers story. After Aspen loses her job and before sh

When Aspen’s work situation becomes unbearable, she finds herself with no income and few options. It appears her only situation is to put her dreams for the future on hold and return to her hometown where she will have the support of her family. If that isn’t difficult enough it means leaving her best friend Gabe behind.

Gabe and Aspen have been best friends for years and he is upset by the latest turn of events. Since she embraces everything Christmas, he convinces her to spend the holidays with

Silver Bell Falls might be one of my favorite places to visit. I might be sad to know this is the last book in this series but I pray Ms Chase will return to it through other characters. Why do I love this place so much? First, it’s all about Christmas. Second the residents of this town get behind and support each other. Small town living, as Gabe sees it can be a blessing and a curse. Everyone knows your business. Aspen Harris wouldn’t know. She’s only lived in big cities. When she becomes embr ...more

Samantha Chase takes up back to Silver Bell Falls, the Christmas town that celebrates like no other town. Aspen finds herself unemployed just weeks before Christmas. Her best friend Gabe talks her into celebrating it with his family in Silver Bell Falls. Aspen is reluctantly moving back home hoping to save some money to open her own Chocolate shop. So a trip to Silver Bell Falls for Christmas makes sense to spend the most time she can with Gabe.. Samantha Chase is really good at friends to lover ...more

Whimsy, wit and romance are too irresistible to resist. Chase continues to give the heart what it wants. The Christmas Plan is a Hallmark movie waiting to happen. Aspen and Gabriel are a walk down memory lane that I will gladly take again and again. Two lost souls who found their home without ever having realized. Full of emotion deep enough to swim in and chemistry more explosive than a firework, Chase provides the sweetest gift to cuddle up with this holiday season.

The Christmas Plan is the last book in the Silver Bell Falls series by Samantha Chase. I haven't read any of the other books, but there was no need since this is a stand-alone novel.

The story follows Aspen, a Chocolatier. who was recently fired and is now trying to figure out what to do next in life and Gabriel, a not so successful filmmaker who goes every year to his hometown to help with the family business (his family sells Christmas trees). Aspen is a little lost and is in a slump,

I think I’ve caught the Christmas bug, I’ve been enjoying holiday movies, so enjoying a holiday story was a must too, and The Christmas Plan didn’t disappoint. It had all the goodies for my enjoyment, a cute couple, small town Christmas, Christmas lights and a little sexiness, all culminating in an excellent story you could share with others.

What a way to wrap up a much-loved series! My very favorite trope, friends to lovers, is front and center when Gabe and Aspen spent the holiday season in his home town of Silver Bell Falls, before Aspen moves home to her family in San Diego. Having been in each other’s daily lives since college, either is happy about the big move, but they are also slow to make the changes and take the chances needed to keep Aspen on the east coast and the two of them together.

I can always count on her to get me into the holiday spirit with her stories… the town oozes Christmas charm and spirit and one cannot help but smile while reading these books.

Friends to lovers, one of my absolute favorite tropes! Add in that it’s a Samantha Chase Silver Bell Falls story, it’s Christmas, and there is lots of chocolate involved, and I totally want to live in this story.
