THE GOOD NEWS IS THE THAT THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE COOKBOOK IS PROBABLY STILL QUITE RELEVANT. AND THE TIPS THROUGHOUT PLUS MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON MANY RECIPES IS A PLUS TO ME. THE BAD NEWS IS THERE JUST DOES NOT SEEM TO BE MANY RECIPES TO TRY. MAYBE WILL TRY THE CINNAMON ROLLS OR CRABMEAT ROLL-UPS TO SEE IF WE CAN GET ANYTHING AS A WINNER.
