This book has helped me understand more about reincarnation, something I’ve always believed in but never knew why.

This book was helpful for understanding why we are here and how we can view our lives here from the soul perspective. We get so wrapped up in the human view that we miss the purpose entirely.

I found it very enlightening and think it’s worth exploring, especially if you want to know more about the spiritual realm or life after death.

Food for thought. My philosophies lean more towards this thinking-that we die and then evaluate how our lives went and choose our next life experience (i.e. family situation, location, time etc), then live another life; which gives us more learning experiences. I think that dejavu moments support this hypothesis. I think that the author is very knowledgeable in her field of psychology. I just don't particularly like all the "fluff". It seems very repetitive and makes for an uninteresting read. I will get through this. I will probably just skip over all the retelling of people's past life encounters during their regression therapy sessions. That's how I would suggest reading this. Even if your philosophies run counter, I think that it is interesting to think of a different life ending than what you've been trained to think of due to your religious leanings.

There's nothing new here for people who have already read about reincarnation and the theory of the organizational structure of the Other Side. Still, it was enjoyable at times. There are too many anecdotes (which I generally don't like in books - it's filler) but the author presented her own views sufficiently, too.

I loved this book. It started out slow but it was worth the work it took to get to the more interesting ideas in the book.

Linda Backman explores the mystery of life between lives, as discovered through regression. It's a fascinating peek into the life of the soul between incarnations.
