Adina D. Grey is a new to me author, and after reading Our Afterlife Forever, she's on my list for future books because I couldn't get enough of this story. Hailey is married to a man who became a monster after the fact of their marriage & now she's stuck trying to avoid him at all costs. She locks herself in her office surrounded by her books which are life to her. Danny is a romance author who really knows how to make all women dream with his books, but no one knows him because he stays under the radar as a recluse. Somehow an email is sent & now these two tortured souls who are locked away start a friendship that may or may not be dangerous at the end of the day. Remember that Hailey has that horrible husband who she's still trapped by, and he's not going to let her do anything to get away from him. Man this fact kept me on the edge of my seat waiting for that other shoe to drop because it always does, plus dirty little secrets always come out. This story was amazing & I finished it in one sitting so I totally HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

I loved it. I was glued from the begging to the end. Adina D. Grey surprised me with this one, and I thought she's writing just sweet stories, and I never imagined in a dark romance. Even if it is a light one, Our Afterlife Forever has all it needs to be called a great book. I hated Jeremy from the first page, but when she met Danny, I was so happy. You can't say she was cheating; after all, he did the same thing, maybe worse, and Hailey deserved all the love in the world. The pregnancy was something I didn't expect at all, nor the fact Danny would become Jeremy's friend. I was almost crying when she gave up on her happiness just for the safety of her baby.
It was an emotional reading, and the happy ending was just the cherry on top of the cake!
Too many spoilers, I guess, I'm sorry, Adina, but I really loved this one!!!

This is a new to me author so I’m really glad it came on my radar. I found this to be a quick read.. maybe because I couldn’t put it down.
Hailey is living a nightmare when her husband shows his true colours. To survive she hides in her office with her precious books. Danny is a recluse, also a romance author. When a chance email connects them it’s the start of a friendship they both need but didn’t expect.
There’s so much I could say about this story but I think you need to read it for yourself. It’s a great read and I can’t wait to read more from this author in the future.

This is the first book I read from this authoress and let me tell you that I loved it! Such a good book with great characters that keeps you obsessed with every page since the first one. The ending of this book.. come on! I just didn´t expect it! Can´t wait to read other books from this great writer! Amazing job! a must-read! A fantastic book that has it all! I happily endorse this story to any and all who are looking for an amazing read and a completely different experience than anyone could imagine on their own. Great book!

Our Afterlife Forever
I'm glad I chose to read this book on a Saturday cause it would have been hard to put down.
I did however read it front to back in one sitting.
I love Adina's writing she truly has a gift.
This is a heartbreaking and also beautiful story of Hailey, a woman who didn't fully know what she was getting into when she married Jeremy, her unfaithful abusive husband.
I'm glad I read it till the end and my tears had time to dry up for the good bits.
Brillant story, well worth a read!

This book was super awesome I was hooked into the story plot Haliey life turns upside down and a chance message with Danny sprang forth a turn of events. This thrilling book was a roller coaster ride for sure. No spoilers here I voluntarily review this book for my honest opinion.

Owning a publishing company has been Hailey's lifelong dream, but her personal life is anything but a happily ever after. The feeling she gets from the knowledge she played a small part in getting these stories out to the public doesn't take away from the pain of the hidden bruises from her violent husband and the nightmare she hides from everyone.
Sometimes she regrets her hands-on approach and giving her private number to her clients as they show no boundaries for her private time, which she confirms as she blearily checks the time on the alarm. Jack is having a meltdown with the layout of his book cover.
When she finally calms him down, she heads downstairs for some coffee, where she encounters another meltdown. This one from her husband, who has turned from the charming man she married to an enraged, possessive, jealous man.
Now telling her that he expects her to drop everything and travel with him to Hong Kong, where he will be in meetings. When she tells him she can't because she has meetings to attend a chill goes down her spine when he looks at her and tells her he isn't asking.
I loved this book! It is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. I, as a rule, stay away from stories with infidelity, but Hayley's story of betrayal and abuse, and an innocent email from a famous author that gives her hope, had me turning the pages as a new book project gives her a distraction and hope.
This book is action-packed, full of violence and danger, and smoking hot. Highly recommend.

This was my first Adina Grey read and will not be my last. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.
Hailey is the owner of Rose Publishing, a reader, blogger, and wife of Jeremy the high-powered attorney. Their relationship and marriage started out in love and happiness, but Hailey quickly found herself living in a nightmare. Her loving, attentive husband quickly became someone else entirely.
Hailey was miserable and alone, still trying to run her business while under her husband's thumb.
She makes a post to her blog about an author growing in popularity in hopes of drawing him to her publishing company, which said author, Danny, just so happens to read. He reaches out to her to thank her for the kind words from her blog and they both find themselves drawn toward the other from their first encounter. The characters are so real and relatable and you cannot help but become invested in their story.
The way Danny shows so much patience, kindness, and support toward Hailey is so heartwarming. He gives her exactly what she needs when she needs it, as well as the physical connection she so desperately craves. They are absolute fire together.
This book really evokes so many emotions and I was there for it all. Any book that can physically bring me to tears is a 5 star winner for sure. Mind the trigger warnings regarding abuse before reading though.
I would recommend this book and will be reading more from Adina D. grey for sure.

OMG Adina Grey!!! I loved this book. It has it's dark side, sure, where Jeremey treats Hailey with such disrespect that you yourself want to strangle the life outta him! But then along comes Danny! Oh my, he is my new book boyfriend! Everybody needs a Danny in their lives! To accept you for who you are and to help you when you feel there is no-one in left your life who will protect you. Danny, wanting to protect Hailey at all costs, from Jeremey, is a real turn on! He hangs back in the shadows, knowing when Hailey needs his support and gives it to her unconditionally! The chemistry between these two is intense as they both realize their soul mates to each other. The sparks fly with every hidden touch.

This was my first book by Adina & Alexis and it won't be my last, it was so good! I sat and read it from page 1 to the end in one sitting because I couldn't put it down.
We meet Hailey in the beginning, she is a recently married woman and owns her own publishing company. She’s married to Jeremy. Jeremy is a successful lawyer and not the best husband by any standards.
Hailey is working to bring on a new author, Danny to RP (her publishing co), from the moment they start talking there's something, a spark.
Seeing Hailey go through life with Jeremy as a scared submissive basically, it was amazing to see her blossom into something else, someone stronger.
I'll stop here as I don't want to give anything away to other readers. I highly recommend this book.

Check your triggers on this book. Honestly if I had better read the FB post about this ARC I never would have read this. Cheating is a huge trigger for me. But because it was my fault I kept reading and doing the ARC I agreed too. And that in no one affects my review. Which honestly is like a 3 and half, but can't do half's here so I bumped it up to a 4. I felt their love feelings moved too fast for not talking too much. I feel that Jeremy's attitude towards the end was to fast of a turn around. And he also believed the lie towards the end too easy. Without the cheating and abuse there isn't much of a storyline to this book. Smut is at a half 🌶️.

Imagine is Danny and Haileys story and in it's beginning it's anything but sweet. Hailey is a publisher and Danny an author so these two are fated right? But, Hailey is married to an abusive jerk and it's his way or no way. It's a fast-paced, well written story and these authors have taken compassion and care in writing about a topic that is sadly very prevalent in today's society. Well done Ladies!

I need a Danny. This book starts with Hailey, who is married to Jeremy and he's not the best husband. Hailey owns her own publishing company and Danny is an author who wants out of his contract with his current publisher. And a friendship between the two begins. Haley and Danny's relationship was fast paced in my opinion but I enjoyed it. Danny is hugest green flag ever. He stuck by Hailey's side through it all.

First time reading for this author and I enjoyed the book. Some bits did seem to jump a little in the story but I did enjoy it and I’m looking forward to reading more. On another note the events that happened in this book was written perfectly with care highlighting what happens behind closed doors

An intriguing, suspenseful and dark read. The dynamics of this book were on point. And it weaves together details in an intricate storyline. The words draw you in, holding your attention from the beginning. Hailey, Jeremy and Danny's story packs a punch. It's an outstanding read with an ending I didn't forsee happening.

Imagine is a fantastic read! Hailey's marriage to Jeremy is not what she was expecting. Jeremy has changed and become someone she no longer recognises as the man she fell in love with. When Hailey meets Danny the chemistry is instant, as if they have always belonged together, but Danny hangs back, knowing he needs to just be there for Hailey as a friend. This story brings all the feels, with intrigue, suspense, love, humour and heat! Adina & Alexis pull you into this story from the very start. While the story line tackles the true to life heaviness and sensitive subjects, these amazing authors handle this with care. I highly recommend this as a definite must read!

OkThis book was incredible. Adina and Alexis make quite the talented writing team. Hailey's story is not nice in the beginning. Her husband Jeremy is no longer the man she fell in love with. His violent ways have her on edge. Danny is a writer and a great guy who only wants the best for her. Hailey and Danny have great chemistry from the start. Will he be able to save her or will Jeremy continue to keep his vow 'until death do we part'?
The writing is fantastic! The storyline is great. I read this one in just a few hours. I couldn't put it down. I loved the characters. This was definitely a 5 star read

Another one to add to my list of her books that I've enjoyed . Read it in one sitting as find it compelling reading ,you find yourself being drawn in to the fear and love that she has within her ,definitely wasn't expecting the little twist towards the end !!
