Love comes in many forms and the bond between twin sisters can run deep. In a time when marriages were arrangements for men’s profits, the main characters are ripped from their world and thrown into a foreign environment. Showing the reader angst and despair as well as glimmers of joy, this author does a great job of taking us into the hearts of these two sisters. Liana and Deirdre are sisters and daughters of Gorsedd Gunnarson, Viking King. They have spent their lives serving their father as he entertains his armies of men. 🌸A Cut Twice as Deep is a lovely emotional story of inseparable identical twin sisters Liana and Deirdre whose fate happen to take them apart from each other and they thought they would never ever see each other. Both Liana and Deirdre had been sold to the highest bidders and respectively. According to their father the alliances he gained out of their marriages were worth much more than having two scrawny daughters.
