great book

I loved a lot of the recipes and even tried a few. They’re easy to follow. I liked how the nutrition is broken down very simply and the ingredients aren’t difficult to find, most are pantry staples for my family. 🥰🥰

I can't believe I didn't review this! I thought I would skim through this (after waiting about six months for my library to acquire it from the book distributor) and then put it back without finding anything I would like. (I'm a picky eat trying to eat healthy. It's a long hard process.)

Anyway, while I have yet to try anything (not a fan of cooking and the act of trying new things is often just as hard as finding new things I would like to try. Thanks executive dysfunction and ADHD.) I did find several recipes I DO want to try. Most notably, the no-bake almond butter bars and other snack bar recipes in here. I need more healthy snacks for between meals and I'm hoping these will do the trick.

Gonna make some today. If they are good, I'm hoping to make them for others for the holidays. :-) If that isn't a ringing endorsement for a book, I don't know what is. lol.

Lots of recipes

Lots of recipes, divided by the type of meal. I was pleased there were veggie recipes and surprised to see sauces/dressings. Overall some good stuff.
