Communicating science and technology is a high priority of many research and policy institutions, a concern of many other private and public bodies, and an established subject of training and education. This is not a practical guide to improving one’s communication skills. It is a textbook that rounds up theoretical and scholarly information about science communication. I found the last chapter (on evaluation of communication activities) to be the most useful.
