Useful sections on:
Warm-up and conditioning
Skills - passing/receiving; dribbling/shielding/tackling; shooting
I didn't review the heading skills. I also didn't review goalkeeping.
Lots of games for Tactical training - both individual and team.
It's a handy little reference with easy-to-understand games. Will see how it translates to enjoyment and excitement about soccer for the U8 and under crowd.

Very useful diagrams and descriptions of the games. There is a wide variety to choose from, that will work for mosy levels. I coach students aged 13-15, and found many useful drills to use.
