Even though I am no longer in the field of technical writing, I still use this book as a resource for writing professional emails, letters, manual and guideline documents, and for anything that requires a neat, tidy, and organized format. Actually one of my favourite books ever. It speaks to my love of compartmentalization and visual organization.
