I own this book and it was published in 2008. This book covers five steps to help control high blood pressure which include diet and exercise. Thorough information on these five steps, also on medications available for high blood pressure.

Helpful and informative. Knowing next to nothing about this subject when I started reading this book, I now feel better informed about my health and how high blood pressure can be managed with medication and healthy lifestyle changes. Highly recommend.

Basic good information on high blood pressure. I am keeping my copy as a reference for information on the different HBP meds & their side effects.
