Extremely precise on the brain
This book is very specific about how is each part of the brain and has some additional pages on the human body.
It helps to memorize the anatomy of the brain

Practice Your Neuroanatomy

Having gone to nursing school and been tested on neuroanatomy several times, I think this book would have been helpful if I had it back then. This book does not teach. Rather it is a workbook you can color that shows brain anatomy from a variety of angles, both functional and physical (though mostly purely physical), as well as showing cranial nerves and the spinal column. I did think, however, that some illustrations weren’t quite clear enough to really be able to distinguish the different parts. I wasn’t sure, precisely, what one of the diagrams was! The numbered diagrams that you fill in are immediately followed by the answer keys. Although there are some problematic ones that are difficult to visualize, this is still a relatively decent coloring book that will help you if you need to know the details of neuroanatomy.

I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. The description is accurate and while the book may prove to be more useful to people in the medical field, it still provides valuable information for the average person Coloring the pages will help reinforce where each section of the picture is to match what is the proper label in which can be found on the next page.

Fascinating book. I wish I had a color in book like this years ago when I was studying nursing. This is a great way to play with memory while having fun coloring. I love the fact that the answers are on the back of each page. Instant gratification.
