    Very good sequel. We really get to see the characters grow more in this one and get a little more insight into the world the author is building. There were some typos and I didn't like the cliffhanger ending, which wasn't how the first book ended as much so that was annoying. However the rest of it was still a great story and the ability to read minds through the eyes but otherwise not making it a sci-fi/fantasy story was well done.     Frederic (Fritz) Martin was born in Iowa, grew up in Western New York, and lived and worked in Maine, Idaho, and California, finally settling in Vermont where he now lives and writes.
