This is the book that started it all... No other "guru" in the country can replace this man. :-) He is the industries BEST !! :-)

sepertinya sudah tidak relevan lagi... tp ilmunya benar-benar baru dan bermanfaat untuk saya yang baru mau terjun ke dunia investasi properti.

1. Cuida tu cash flow.
2. La única forma de obtener algo no es con cash. Se creativo.
3. Es mejor comprar la peor casa en el mejor sector que lo opuesto.
4. Nunca digas tú primero un número. Espera a que tú adversario muestre sus cartas primero (¿?).
5. Presta atención. La gente te dice la información que necesitas.
6. Prepárate.
7. Mide riesgos.
8. Echa números.
9. No compres un problema irresoluble.
