"One look. One moment. One girl. Rendered me completely speechless. She was all it took for me to lose my… Focus. "
'El Diablo 2' is a standalone Mafia Romance by the best selling author M.Robinson. Told in dual Perspectives ,this book had all the devilish feels!!
Ladies, this is my warning to you , if you though Monica had wrecked you through Alejandro , then none of you are prepared for his son. Cruz is everything his father is and so ...more
Let’s cut to the chase ok? For me, this is hands down ONE of THE BEST book by M.Robinson..it’s a very very very slow second to her No where to Go series. Having said that, it also ties in with El Diablo.
I had high hopes with El Diablo II and it delivered.
El Diablo II is scary and so bloody good. The teasers said “The only thing worse than the Devil is his son” and boy isn’t that the truth. Cruz Martinez is sinfully good…utterly tempting and oh so hypnotising.
I can’t hel ...more
In hindsight, if I had toned down my expectations and not kept looking for the greatness the first book of the series was, I would not be disappointed. So my verdict is that if you are going to read this book, don't go in with very high expectati ...more

Cruz Martinez had a legacy to uphold. Protected from the truth since he was young, he wanted to be his own person and embrace what’s in his blood. But his choices would change the course of his life and dragging Sienna Luciano in it whether they prepared to face it or not.
The characters were a lot younger than I expected and I liked that fact. I love his name Cruz and I liked both of them in the ...more
This review contains 💥spoilers💥 that didn’t hidden cuz’ I think everybody should know what they getting into. No, it’s not about the main subject about the story but very important and critical issue women get face to face every day all around the world.
The thing I can’t ignore is killing a pregnant woman (of a side bad guy). Yes I loved very edgy books, twisted kinkies n’ worst fantasies and they involve humiliation, abuse, manipulating ...more

“Time stood still while the whole world continued on without me. I willingly surrendered, allowing one of the last memories I had.”
Cruz Martinez has been his sister’s protector ever since he could remember. At only twenty one years of age he knew there was more to his father’s demands and commands but he really didn’t truly know until now.
At 21 years old, Crucifixio “Cruz” Martinez is indoctrinated into El Diablo’s world and all irrevocably shifts. As he vows to protect his family, layers of secrets and years of violence threaten to take hold at any moment and Cruz is put to the test.
“My heart turned cold. My soul black. My future not promised in any path.”
From the beginning, there are different dynamics at play. With Cruz and Sienna, there is a push/ pull between them and both have reasons for their actions. As Cruz is s ...more

This was long overdue. It's been 4 years since i have been waiting for this one. LITERALLY.
El Diablo was my first ever mafia read, when i started reading El Diablo i had no idea that i'll never be the same. I loved Alejandro Martinez and Lexi with my whole heart, i mean it was one of those books that no matter how many years goes by you'll always remember. Always. So when i heard that another Diablo was emerging from hell, i was over ...more
M Robinson knocks it out of the park with El Diablo. I fell completely in love with Cruz Martinez. The son of El Diablo was destined to walk in his father's shoes and the circumstances that lead him to becoming El Diablo are tragic and make for a hell of a romantic suspense.
There wasn't a single moment that I wasn't fully engaged in this book. So completely consumed that there's one thing about this book that didn't even register until the end and whe ...more

I liked both Cruz and Sienna , but I didn't like them together. There was too much Alejando and shit from the last book to be a true standalone. While reading this M Robinson made me feel like Alejandro was 45 instead of almost 70 +

El Diablo is one of my favorite books. I love Alejandro and Lexi so my expectations were many for this book and his son’s story.

My sexy, arrogant mafioso absolutely made this book for me! Taking the throne from his father to become the new El Diablo.

Another hyped book that was a let down. The last hyped up duet M Robinson wrote was a big disappointment.
See what I did there? Every other page some times the same page there were 1-3 word, I don’t know paragraphs? I’m sure they were for emphasis but it just got annoying.
I wanted to copy them and paste into the review but I didn’t want to be that reviewer.
If you liked El Diablo 1 don’t read this one. You’ll be disappointed.

I know this says it’s a standalone and probably can be read as such, but I recommend strongly that you read book 1 first because as it turns out, the crux of the book is based on events of book 1. If you don’t, you’re going to be as lost as mofo in the last chapters.
So, in this book we meet Cruz Martinez the son on Lexi and Alejandro ...more
Ummmmmm, yea - this was far from what I anticipated.
El Diablo II is to be a complete stand-alone (but I am not sure that new readers will see that). The premise for this book held so much promise. Did I like it? Yes. However, I felt what was given to us was not what I had expected. I felt that a lot was overlooked, parts were far too overly dramatic and the book wasn't focused on Cruz and Sienna but other previous characters.
El Diablo II felt more like continuation to Alejandro's stor ...more

I cannot even describe the level of excitement I felt when I found out about El Diablo II. M. Robinson completely blew me away with Alejandro and Lexi’s book, and the mere thought of another story in this world gave me goosebumps. Cruz Martinez, the son of the infamous El Diablo, had a lot to prove that he’s a worthy heir to his father. Has he lived up to the legend? YOU CAN BET HE DID!
Crucifixio Martinez is just as devilish as his father. He's cruel, ru ...more

Honestly, I didn't expect that there would be a second book...I mean, sure, it's about Alejandro and Lexi's kids, Cruz and Adriana, or well mainly Cruz...but still, I really had the notion that there was NO NEED for this book to begin with...

Alejandro stole the show, as usual!. And thank God he did. I DNF’d this at 50% and only went back because of Alejandro/Lexi & Adriana. Second parts were never good, or so the saying goes. I don’t know if this could be considered a second part, because this book is technically about Cruz, Alejandro’s and Lexi's son.
