Kayaks and Killers is Book Eight of the Sapphire Beach Cozy Mystery Series.
Sun-drenched Florida beaches. A Fair Trade jewelry shop owner. A mystery that will keep you guessing.
When Connie Petretta and her best friends spend a much-anticipated vacation day at the beach, a kayak floats in on the waves, bringing another mystery to the shores of Sapphire Beach.
Meanwhile, Connie meets Zach’s parents for the first time, and she also receives a mysterious letter addressed to her deceased Aunt Concetta.
If you enjoy cozy mysteries that keep you on the edge of your seat, loveable characters and palm trees swaying in the breeze, you’ll love the Sapphire Beach Cozy Mystery Series.
Angela K. Ryan is the author of the Sapphire Beach Cozy Mystery Series, the Seaside Ice Cream Shop Mysteries, and the Cape Cod Cozy Mysteries. She writes clean, feel-good cozies for readers who love humor, lots of twists and turns, and happy-dance endings.
When she is not writing, Angela enjoys the outdoors, especially kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, snowshoeing, and skiing. She lives in Massachusetts and loves all four of the New England seasons, but she looks forward to regular escapes to the white, sandy beaches of southwest Florida, where her mother resides.
It is fitting that Angela’s series take place in fictitious seaside towns in Massachusetts and Florida. These small towns would be idyllic if it weren’t for all the bodies that keep turning up!
Angela dreams of one day owning a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel like the sweet pup in her Sapphire Beach Series, but she isn’t home enough to take care of one. So, for now, lives vicariously through one of her main characters, Connie.
This is the 8th book in my favourite Sapphire Beach Cozy Mystery serie with Connie Petretta. I enjoyed reading this book. It is fun and light read. The plot is interesting. I like the setting in beautiful Florida. I am looking forward to the next book in the nice serie.
Once again it’s Connie and her friends solving the mystery before the police get the chance to do it themselves. I love this series very much. It’s one of my favorites. I am always looking forward to seeing them again soon. Wishing the new book was available right now. 😊😊😊
Connie continues to find herself in a murder. But this time she is not alone, two friends are with her and there are two more to help. Relationships blossom and her store is doing great.
Connie once again finds herself in the middle of a murder case when a kayak heads for shore with a dead body in it. She is also nervous because she is about to meet Zach's Parents for the first time.
