Awwwwww! I love the Harrisburg Railers series, and I love Jared and Ten, but most of all, I love the rich sense of family that RJ and Vicki have created with these books.

I also very much appreciated the appearance of my favourite character, Stan, who came along to impart his Russian wisdom right where it was needed.

This will be a spoiler free review, but I will just say that all my festive romance wishes got answered.

It was wonderful to be back with Jared and Ten. This time we meet them when they have decided to have a baby. The story takes us from February when they meet their surrogate all the way through to Christmas, leaving us with a bit of Christmas cheer.

I loved this series so much and I’m thrilled that the authors keep giving us these novellas so we can see more of the lives of not only Ten and Jared but all the characters in th

This is the tenth in this wonderful series - and is a really lovely return to Ten and Jared's romance, and the potential for them to start a family of their own. As Ryker is all grown up, and even planning his own wedding, Jared is getting an unexpected second chance at fatherhood.

This is a lovely mix of impending parenthood, scorching hot romance, and some nail biting hockey moments. Let's be honest, any time Ten takes

Ten and Jared are in a good place in life and are taking another step in their relationship. They are excited to be adding a little bundle of joy into their lives. After a couple of bumps in the road, they have added another to their home. Ten has to learn not everything needs to lead to a trip to the doctor, while Jared is the laid back one enjoying their new addition. There's updates in their work and families lives that is always a pleasure to read. This novella made me have all the feels. I ...more

I wish I was a writer so I could articulate just how beautiful and heartwarming this story is. I couldn’t put it down. It is a quick read that leaves your heart full and feeling complete. I feel like a proud patent having witnessed Ten & Jared’s relationship grow over the series and now with the birth of xxxx (no spoilers) it is complete. I’ve loved these two since book one and am even more in love with them now. These two work so well together, they balance each other out. You witness this many ...more

Oh my goodness it was so awesome. I absolutely loved it but I love Mads and Ten. This was definitely a 10/10 story and every Railers fan will want to one click this ASAP. RJ Scott and VL Locey have never let me down and they didn’t start with this one. Simply amazing ladies.

Awww... All the cuteness. Tennet wants to expand their family, this had been hinted at in the prior #9 Harrisburg Railers short story. Here, Jared agrees on a surrogate with the help of Ten's mom. I freaking love characters, and especially all the crazy and fun times with Tennet's and Jared's blood and extended families. Brothers and parents and sons abound along with the entire Railers team we've come to love. There's all the angst of new parents without the actually pregnancy. Lucky men.

Jared and Ten's decision to have a baby filled me with joy! These two amazing men had so much love for each other and Jared's son Ryker it was only right that they bring another child into their family. The surrogate that they chose and who chose them is a wonderful woman. I loved her from the start. Her reasoning for being a surrogate and her reasons for choosing Ten and Jared just made me love her more.
We get to visit with Stan, Ryker, Jacob, Ten's family as well as Jacob's. Along with several

I absolutely adored this story. I have loved this series from the word go, and to imagine a Ten pushing 30, was mind boggling! Took me a while to get my head round that! All of my favourites are here, Ten and Jared (of course), the redoubtable Stan (I love him so much 😍), and, Ryker and Jacob. Phew, be still my beating heart ❤

It's basically a sweetly enjoyable story, which is both witty and fun. It's also sweet and soulful. Can't wait to see more of Charlotte, and her big brother Ryker (who nee

What's there to say but I love everything about this book- I adore Ten and Jared and honestly, this adorable story helps complete everything in their lives. I think all Ten's reactions were spot on with becoming a new dad. Between Ten's family and Jared's talks with Ryker this was a complete heartwarming addition to this wonderful series.

I love this series so much!

Three years ago, if you had asked me if I thought I could ever fall in love with hockey themed romance stories I might have looked at you like you were crazy. Fast forward to now and I can tell you that I've pretty much love every hockey romance I've read since then – especially all of the series co-written by RJ Scott and V.L. Locey.

The Harrisburg Railers series has spun-off a couple of other series but the original will always be special to me. It introduced me to V.

Fans of the Harrisburg Railers and especially Jared Madsen and Tennant Rowe are going to want to read this one. I'm a total sucker for a good holiday story and this one is good...really, really good. Jared and Tennant are about to take the next step in creating the life they want and we all get to go along for the ride.

Things are going well between Jared and Tennant. They've been together for a few years now and with each passing year they seem to be more in love, so what comes next is a natura

5 out of 5 stars!

I love this hockey team and all of the amazing characters that have been brought out for us to enjoy. Ten and Jared were the original couple and bringing them back for this novella was perfection!! They are ready for a baby and getting there is portrayed so well in this story. BUT the real heart of the story comes with the other characters as well. Visits from all of our favorite guys!

Perhaps my favorite is Stan. Stan is a loveable Russian who is a best friend we would all love

This is a story for fans of this series and Ten and Jared. Lightweight fare that brings a baby by surrogacy into the mix, it has some cute and sweet elements. Some things that might have given this more depth - particularly the issue of deciding to have a baby while they were both still actively on the road with the team a big chunk of the year - were somewhat glossed over. (I'd have expected that to be a concern for the surrogate). Ten's lingering issues also don't make much of an appearance. B ...more

Jared and Ten return in an adorable story about fatherhood, family, hockey, and love. The boys decide they are ready to have a baby and the turmoil and uncertainty make it just another day in the life of these two unstoppable guys.

A sugary bit of goodness that put a smile on my face. Okay maybe Stan helped with his words of wisdom and Stanisms (yes I just made that up). I’m always ready for the characters from the Railers to brighten my day.

Short, sweet, some drama, but as always, well written

Ten and Jared are parents... again lol. The guys decided that they were ready to expand their family and went about finding a surrogate and creating a baby. This follows the ups and downs, the doubts and all the joys of wanting to be a parent and then actually being one. I love getting to see the characters and where their stories are going. Like getting to see Stan and hear about the kids and Ryker and Jacob's wedding plans. Getting more of Ten and Jared is just a hu

Oh! My!
Just the right amount of angsty fluff I didn’t know I needed to read! This vignette with Ten and Jared just made my heart happy! I laughed at some of their anxieties, held my breath at the set backs, loved that Stan is the voice of reason (after his seafood farts).
There are obviously shenanigans to come with Ryder and Jacob.
All in all? A fabulous addition to the series, most recommended

How can you go wrong with a book that mentions Primanti Brothers and the Animaniacs? I have loved Ten and Mags since Changing Lines, book one of the Harrisburg Railers series. Tennant Rowe is the younger and more contemporary husband in the Madsen-Rowe household until it comes to getting a baby. Once the surrogate is chosen and a baby is on the way, Ten starts second guessing their choice of raising a child in the LGBTQ+ world. With

PERFECTION! There is nothing better than when your favorite authors gives you more of the characters that you love so much.
There can never be to much Ten and Jared. These two are couples goals to the max. They have a love that is beautiful, unselfish and so strong.
When they decide it is time to add to that love they begin a journey to shared parenthood.
Along the way we get to visit with all our favorite men from the Harrisburg Railers, especially Stan the man!

Jared and Ten have always been my favorite couple in this series, they are the best. When the decision was made to add to their little family, you get to see another side of them both! The waiting, the tension, the excitement, hockey, and then being Dads to this little bundle of joy! What a cute story with new friends Eddie and Isobel! Definitely a great read! I really don’t want to give it away, read it, you’ll enjoy seeing the new addition to their family!

Baby Makes Three is a fantastic addition to the Harrisburg Railers series. This RJ Scott and VL Locey series is one of my all time favorites.

I love every single second of this book and series. Every time I open one of these books, I am immediately brought back into this amazing world, full of fantastic men and their families. Diving into each book is like coming home and spending time with my own family. I couldn't ask for more.

This time around, we join in as Ten and Jared are trying for a bab

I devoured this all in one wholly non-productive but oh-so-enjoyable afternoon. It was amazing.

I’ve never made a secret of the fact that Ten and Jared are my all-time favourite couple, so this was like crack for a junkie. Nonetheless, the beloved characters continued to be further developed delightfully. Lots of inner turmoil helped me even further identify with these men.

The dialogue is quick and witty as always when Scott and Locey join forces. No spoilers but there are a couple turns of phr

This is a fun holiday read, reconnecting with some of the Railers series characters! I loved getting to see Ten and Jared again, they are definitely among my faves and this is a great addition to their story.

In this novella, Ten and Jared have decided they are ready for a baby and this is their journey through surrogacy and all that entails. For as sweet and fun as this story is, there is still a lot of real emotion. The anxiety and anticipation both Ten and Jared experience felt so real, and th

Baby Makes Three is the perfect cap to a series that I still go back and reread all the time. Ten and Jared have decided to grow their family together, and this novella will take you through that journey right along with them. We get to see more of the Railers, more of Ryker (ummmm so he and Jacob scared me a little here but that’s another story for another day and apparently another novella!!), and more hockey! I love the family this team has built, and I adore how Jared and Ten’s relationship ...more

If you are looking for a great story involving hockey players and a darling baby, look no further. Baby Makes Three had me feeling all kinds of smooshy love feelings the whole way through. It was a delight seeing Ten and Jared navigating married life and taking the huge next step of becoming parents. Plus, there were terrific, supportive side characters and steamy heat.

I always enjoy the collaboration of these two authors and their ability to entertain us so well with their hockey love stories.

Keeping up with this more for completionists' sake, and I'm in a bad reading slump due to my mood and this is just about what I can handle reading at the moment. This was light and fluffy and basically a fan service follow up on them and the cast of characters including the spinoff ones, was just ok for me and did what it set out to do. Good on them for the baby plus more of the happily ever after.

I love how it is shown that it is normal to be a worry wart after having a baby!! All the fears are normal and they handled everything very well. So glad they got their baby! Great Read!!
