Jon Courson is a bit of a mystic. He seems to stretch Biblical interpretation for the sake of application. At times I question his view on the original meaning to the original audience of Bible texts.

I wouldn't recommend this as an academic or teaching preparation resource. It is creatively crafted devotional reading.

For new ideas on practical Bible application - exemplary.

For interpretive understanding - look elsewhere.
