The book is filled with healthy habits which can be inculcated in one's lifestyle. These habits or handy tips can elevate your outlook and turn you into a healthier version of yourself.

I loved the fact that the writing was substantiated with evidence. Since, it's a self-help book, the separation of facts from fiction is quite distinct and I didn't find any information without the facts and figures. It was certainly a huge plus point for me.

Such an amazing book from an awesome teenager! We need more people like this! 14-year-old Diya was obese, and there are several nasty diseases running in the family. She decided to start a journey of finding the right things to eat to live a healthier life. She did lots of research regarding what nutrients we need to stay healthy.
