Another brief guide to the 16 "types" of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. This one includes a short section on understanding personality types, and more in-depth descriptions of each of the 16 types. I especially like the latter because each of the 16 descriptions includes a snapshot one paragraph overview, followed by relevant information on:

1. Problem solving
2. Leadership style
3. Creative expression
4. Teamwork
5. Stress management
6. Learning preferences
7. Type and career mastery
and
8. Type and personal growth

The book also includes appendices MTR-i Team Roles, Organizing the 16 types, and a decent set of reference citations.
