This is a pretty useful grammar textbook that is easy to use and has plenty examples as well as exercises for practice. It explains everything simply and is easy to understand the small nausance of each grammar rule. Probably the best one I've used so far.

This was a decent book on Korean. It helped me learn some new grammar rules I had never seen before. There was an excess of new vocabulary every chapter, though. Also, speaking to some Korean friends, I've discovered that some of the ways that the grammar is suggested to be used is wrong. Nevertheless, I'm happy to have read it and studied from it.

I think this is a good resource for someone who already has a decent understanding of Korean grammar. It's a book that offers a good overview of some key components of the language. The explanations are very clear and concise. However, I do think it's not ideal for beginners. For them, the title of this book might be misleading and the contents might be *too* concise. I also think the order in which the components are presented might be a bit confusing.
There are also some elements included that I (and for example authors of other Korean language resources) wouldn't necessarily consider 'basic' Korean grammar.

I don't consider this a key resource to learn the language, but to me it is useful as a kind of compact overview of basic grammar rules.

Excellent basic-to-intermediate grammar with clear explanations and great exercises. Tells you what Duolingo refuses to explain.
My only concern is the contrary explanation here of the particle 는 that other grammars explain differently.

A more linguistic approach to learning Korean. This book will not help your speaking whatsoever. I found the exercises helpful except for 80% of them involved writing English names in Korea script, which I found annoying and un-helpful. I recommend for beginning level students who want to know WHY the grammar is that way, not how to use it in context.
