I did Weight Watchers in about 1990 an it was a big change for me. I've kept off the weight I'd gained eating peanut butter crackers at work. I am still under goad and believe in the plan's principles. I used points and loved it. This cookbook didn't have points and I was disappointed. I got a couple of ideas but not much help. Goad I didn't buy the book. Libraries are great!
