A very interesting and novel book. A story of growing up and learning to deal with your soul and spirits of others. Evanar , an orphan grows up in a temple which has mixed categories of people and he has a lot to learn and is confused himself as to his capabilities. He learns how to handle a sword as well as priestly instructions. the question arises as to how he will mature. Well worth reading.
I enjoyed reading this book. The characters developed naturally as they should and are likeable. The world so far is training in the temple. The main character is conflicted at first but quickly growing up to his powers. The people that support him are very good. I can't wait to read the next one!
This story of a orphan boy who grows up in a Temple and trains to be a Guardian and or a Priest was absolutely fantastic. He has a murderhobo beast within he has to learn control. Great Read
This was a coming of age tale with a twist. The main character is a monster with a conscience. Good characters and Interesting magic. I hope the rest of the series is this good.
